What do you mean - elements? Is this chemistry - little circles? freehand would do.

Nearly everything packed before they finished school so my MACAW not doing too bad, I am waiting for our swimming stuff to dry and then that is all I think I need apart from food which I'll get last minute. I had to collect a new monitor today as mines snookered on the main PC, another £100 gone (but I did spend over double that on the last one so pleased the price has come down) thats now on, PC is ok apart from the network card I paid to have put in won't work, grrrr, so back to the external one. DPs lost his temper with some people at the club we've been running for just over a year, came down to it they were basically questioning our honesty, which neither of us is willing to put up with, he's given notice as chairman and I no longer need to go and help :) I get my Tuesdays back (and all the days I do the running about for them in between) :D Sorry to see it happen, we've put a lot of our time, money and effort into it but if people don't appreciate it they can fluff off! Oh I bought 2 more presents aswell, Auto Glym car kits, reduced to 39.99 in Halfords and on 3 for 2. DP wanted one as it was cheaper than buying the bits seperate so he may aswell have a free one :)

Going to throw myself in the shower in a mo, make DPs sandwiches for over the weekend to put in the freezer, finish packing, quick vacuum and we're off I think....will be taking you all with me tho ;)
One day I might be more organised...........

I really don't want to think about it, but you did make me go and look in the 'present box'. So thanks, Triker because I found a few things I had forgotten I had and now know who I still need to get for.

Absolutely excellent, there ya go see, a little bit of planning pays off big time as we get nearer the big day.:T:T:T:T

I need a strong drink now. Finally off the phone, the last call took 53 minutes!!!

Think I spoke to 10 different people but finally got through to the right person I think. Now just forms to fill in.

Note to self - don't leave things so long next time.

What I didn't broach at all is the fact that the cheque if I ever get it, will come in my maiden name, I just hope my bank will accept it with a marriage cert, they are usually quite good on all that.

One thing ticked off my list but at least its done. DH will be home soon, better get a shower and get on with the rest of the list!

    Afternoon ladles and jellybean,

Forgot to add to add to my post last night that I did do some flying - cleaned the bathroom sink and the toilet and defragged the PC - all I was up to at the time.

A big Happy Birthday for Valli! Also, thanks for the comment about going off sick if I were nearer - it was really touching and much appreciated. Had to model writing again today, and a lot of them virtually copied everything I had written - making a mental note to rub it all off next time. They are quite low ability in this class (Level 3s mostly and they are year 6, so meant to be nearer 4 or 5) so it makes it tricky to teach them, as a lot of them need quite a bit of support. Luckily the second Year 6 class had maths and it was a case of going over mental calculation strategies before giving them a mental maths test, which they marked at the end, so no marking there. :)

    Happy Anniversary for Dusty too!

Well done to all of the new flyers, and welcome to our thread - you all seem to be doing really well - flying really does make a difference, and you should really see the results after a couple of weeks if not before.

Off to dinner at my parents tonight - wonder what we're having? I'm starving, which considering there were lots of cakes in school today (macmillan cancer charity coffee morning), I can't really understand, as I had a fairy cake with raspberry jam in, and a gorgeous millionaire's shortbread. Yummy! Not good for the figure, but definitely helped with the marking! lol

Since I've been home, I've been to future MIL's for a cup of tea, Diagnosis Murder and a chat, and have then come in and done a load of washing, so my MACAW has finally been done. (Have slipped up for the last couple of days, but I suppose as long as I do a few loads tomorrow, I should have caught up again. Will have to put that basket of clean clothes away that are hanging around in the hallway.

Off to watch neighbours now, and then we'll be off out, so I'll love you and leave you now, and wish you all a very good night as I probably won't post again tonight.

    sexymouse xx

Have just cleaned my bedroom and put away all the aired washing. Am about to iron todays washing - which includes pillow cases, sheets, tea towels and duster! Don't forget I lurrve ironing (not as much as pannacotta...) so that means
IT WILL ALL HAVE BEEN DONE! THE WHOLE LOT! House is so tidy - I have been really good! So it looks like I might get sunday off!

Hello newbies - hope you like it here! Please be aware I have quirks - you do not have to iron your sheets/dusters etc!
