    Have a fantastic birthday!!

So I hope that you're doing brilliantly on that one! The rest doesn't matter!

Not sure if you're pleased or not with the P&P - but reminds me that one birthday my mum gave me a book titled 'Ageless Ageing'. I wasn't that impressed at the time (I think I was still in my 20's) and gave it to Oxfam. Wish I'd kept it now.;)
I'm dead impressed actually because they paid for Benidorm at Easter and that was my pressie - not expecting anything else and since my P&P has almost all gone - been topping it up with free samples I feel it's too much to spend on myself.
Neighbour (next door but one), when I was laid up after leg op saw her taking kids to school and said 'thought you weren't well - I have seen your sister taking the kids'...and she's not the only one who has leapt to that conclusion...
Like an idiot I tell her these things. Get my own back when I make her go to DIY shops on pensioners day.
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

    totally off topic but:

Does anyone else think Heinz tomato ketchup tastes better if it comes in a glass bottle rather than the plastic squeezy things?

I think that is true of lots of things - I have milk delivered in glass bottles as it tastes different. Plastics are known to leech and taint food.

Had a lovely morning chewing the chud with one friend. Just had lunch and now need to walk to town for coffee - must get OH a card on the way and forgot about DS3's friend for tea - now over booked so he has 3 friends coming home so I need to get something to feed them as well.

valli - is your mum a keen bootser? I've had some lovely P&P with the offers, but I'm not keen on the night cream perfume that seems a bit strong to me. If she uses P&P she's obviously a great ad for their effectiveness!

Okay, I've rushed back here after a quick look at Boots Grabbit, because I was getting all keen to rush downtown to look for the No 7 mirrors glitch - and I hardly ever use a mirror! (Not particularly vain, and too busy!)

I am toying with the idea of doing a bit more flying, but think I'll check on DS1 who still isn't up, and then go downtown and sort out the money that needs moving.

dusty - DS now up and obviously feeling a bit better! Have fun in town. It's so lovely here, that I've decided to play in the garden this afternoon! DS2 has a football match after school today (rugby match last night) so I don't have to rush for the school run. How is your DS's arm?

Lauradora - well done! You've had a good morning! Where are you going on holiday?

We were away for the first two weeks of the summer holiday this year, and it seems so far away, that I'm getting itchy feet. Just been trawling through the Ryanair site. Unfortunately, have to work Monday and Thursday at the moment (how inconsiderate of the school!) so cannot manage any of the cheapest deals.

    Okay, lunch and then out.

    Back later!
