angie my mum did mine! she types 180 word in a min! ahha she knew where i wanted to stay! hey for people who dont get the offer i dont know if u guys know but the times have a special offer too! two nights in top hotels for the price of one! but it is still expensive! but... u can get a room at the browns hotel for example for 500 or sumink when really for two night it would 1000!? and there is naothe rone foir about 250 so it wud normally be 500! still expensive i know and not as good as this offer! but just thought id mention it!

Did anybody request Gleneagles? I put in a couple of dates in November and my reference ended in 0523 (not that great, it would seem).

Seems like they've sorted out the website this time around, at least everyone could get on it!

Still think it would've been fairer if it was only open to those who had pre-registered before the first debacle though. Maybe that's just me being selfish though!

Has anybody received a confirmation email or does that come in 7 days when you find out if you've got a room or not? I haven't received anything.

Well that was fun

I filled out the form and sent it back under a minute the joys of fast typing... but... when I saved the confirmation thankyou page and opened it to check it said "you've already applied".

Given that this should have just been a static copy of the Thankyou page I thought there was some mix up from the initial promotion.

The no. they gave on the site doesn't work grrrrr!

So I came back into work and tried it again, Success! however the same thing happens if I open the confirmation page i saved it still says you've already done this sooo I have a bad feeling they're going to say i've tried to book twice.

Unfair as it's technically their fault this happened, but hey ho you win some you lose some

Brilliant! Please can you point me to any links for the Times offer as I need a Central London hotel for 2 nights on 4th Dec so would like to check the offer out as a back up plan!

I think you'll find that you would have only been able to book with the email address you registered with when the offer came up first time around. So all those tried to book today will be out of luck. I'm sure it said something along that lines in the T&C that were on the website prior to the thing going live at 3pm.

get the times paper! u have to collect 3 codes from it and it ends tomora i can get u one for yesterday or goto ur newspaper agent and ask for yesterdays but ull have to get todays and tomoras!

Wonderful thank you very much, I live in Lanzarote so don´t know if I can get the Times, I´ve emailed my auntie in the UK who can nip to the newsagents around the corner! Thanks again!

Hi Proxima, i went for Gleneagles to and mine is 05XX a few higher than yours. Think you beat me to it!
