It can't be being done alphabetically fairy2 because Ryan got their email before mine (Roberts) - mine hasn't arrived yet so I wouldn't worry. Even if it doesn't come, you can download the form from this thread (a few pages back), and email it to them from the original email address.

Hi Fairy2,

I pre-registered over a week ago, received confirmation email at that time. Have emailed them twice today - no reply whatsoever. Although my surname begins with W, I am not confident in receiving an email before the morning. Perhaps they are being sent out in batches with numbers they have added to the people that registered?? just a thought?

I'd just send the form away to the email address on it from the email you pre-registered with if you don't receive it. If they match it up, I'm sure you'll be eligible.

You know,this is all a bit complicated now for me.
Not apologising for the fact that at 47,and not being taught about computers at school,and not had to massively use them in my job, and totally self taught,I find this all a little too much,and NOT what was originally posted by the company. Now I won't lose any sleep over this,but I am sure I am not alone here.

This was my question early we do not know what the dates as they have taken them off the website so I suggest you'll just have to pick the dates you would like but also tick the box to let them choose what's available if your dates aren't to make sure if your lucky enough to get through that you come away with something.

These are the hotels involved in the promotion as for the dates they have available your guess is as good as mine... The promotion runs between 1/11 - 15/12 so pick two days within these dates and hope for the best or let them choose dates for you at least you will be guaranteed a room if your lucky enough to get through.... This is my first post on the thread but ive been Monitoring it all day, ive just spoken to head office at LHW in Newyork and they have decided to call this promotion off including the email form requests, I have been they are going to setup a new promotion but they state it could take more than 2 weeks.

Hi all, this is my first post so please be gentle with me

Firstly Fairy2 it was selected dates between 1 November and 15 December I think, although they hadn't stated the blackout dates for specific hotels as far as I know. Is that what you meant?

Also, can I just ask a potentially dumb question (bracing myself here!) I have been lucky enough to receive the form, but I can't read the email addy link on it to know where to direct said form to tomorrow. It's in a yellow font, is it just my eyes?
