    Hi folks,

Well it has been a good day today. I have managed to make a loaf of bread, do several loads of washing and tidy around the house.

I should manage a NSD today as I am not going out. Just chilling now watching the footy.

Oh, anybody who is on facebook, don't forget to change your profile picture to a cartoon character for NSPCC. Stop Child Abuse.

Just read your blog on FB frits & excellent progress on the training so far....well done....hope you get the bike you want.

Cartoons - I shall be Felix The Cat in mind only though...I`m rubbish at changing profile pics....great cause & lots of people are doing it.

Well done on the NSD`s ....I think I should start a NSD diary too.....just to keep me on the `straight & narrow` this Christmas.:eek:.
  • Oh no,

No NSD for me today, I just had to brave the snow and get out and get a bottle of wine and a bar of choc.

    Doh

If you've had to brave the snow for it & spoil a NSD then I reckon you must have needed the wine and choc :)

  • Hi folks,

Well there was a bit more snow today, but managed to get into work on time today for the first time in ages.

I managed a NSD yesterday so that is 3/15.

I managed 12 miles on the gym bike last night, which I was pleased with. Keeping the training going.

Got quite a busy week this week as I have a badminton match tomorrow night and then normal badminton club on Thursday and then hopefully another 12 miles on the gym bike on Friday. No rest for the wicked.

Looking forward to the weekend as it is the badminton club chirstmas night out in Newcastle, should be good.

I really need to get my backside into gear and get some christmas presents as I have not even got one yet. The only good thing is I know what I am getting for everybody.

  • Hi folks,

    Just a quick post.

I managed another NSD yesterday so that is 4/15. I have a badminton match tonight. To be fair I am looking forward to getting out the house after being stuck in with the snow.

Good on you Frit. Doing better than I am. Still on 2. Hoping to get another one today though.

Good luck tonight. Meant to be a bit of a thaw in the next few days. Have you seen the spears that are icicles. Dangerous!

    Till the next time :)
  • Hi folks,

I managed another NSD yesterday so that is 5/15.

Had a really good badminton match last night we won 7-2. So we have won three and only lost 1 for the begining of the season, not bad.

Well the snow slowly seems to be clearing. However, I was still late for work as there was a huge pile up on the A19 as the A66 was closed.:mad::mad::mad:
