Well I weighed myself this morning and it would appear that the hard work is paying off. I am under 14st (13st 13lbs) for the first time in about two and a half years. :j:j
Long may it continue.
I have a badminton session tonight, so hopefully that will burn a few more calories.

Well badminton was good last night, I had a good work out again. This morning I have lost another pound, so I am down to 13st 12lb now.
I managed another NSD yesterday as well, so that is 7/12 for Jan.

Well I did not manage any NSD's over the weekend, but I did manage to get some painting done, which was good.
I also made £18.11 on matched betting, so that is good.
