    Hi All,

I hope everybody has had a great week, and hope you all have a great weekend.

I am off for the weeks shopping. It should be a cheap one as I am going home to the parents on tuesday night.

Well I did good on my diet again today. No choc or crisp, but more importantly no sausage or bacon bun :rotfl:

I will be going for a run tommorow morning as well. Really determined to get a lean trim body. lol

    Hello everybody.

Just completed my weekly shop, well until tuesday. Bought myself two little treats.

    1) I bought the BBC good food book called '101 budget dishes'. It was only £3 and it has ideas in for lunches and left-overs, etc. I could do with changing my lunchbox, getting a bit bored with the same stuff. lol

    2) I also treated myself to a few jelly beans, as a treat for being good the last few days, I love jelly's. lol I gues I just did not grow up :rotfl:

I was a bit :mad::mad::mad: with myself as I forgot to get some meat out of the freezer this morning as I was going to have beef steak and mash and veg. So I had to buy a pizza for £2, as I did not have anything else at hand.

Oh well, at least the weekly shop was not too expensive this week anyway.

    I will be back later

    Lunch:- JP+baked beans+Apple
    Snack 2:- 2 x rice cakes+butter
    Tea:- Soup+2 x bread+bannana

Spent on shopping £13.92, had a few treats. A cheap cooking book I mentioned in my previous post for £3. I also got a pizza, say no more . And I treated myself to some jelly beans. :rotfl:

Spent on diesel £21.94. So that takes my total for the month to £120.17, but my work allowance is £85.30. So my Non-essiential total is £34.87 from a budget of £66.66. So I have £31.79 left for diesel this month. Now bearing in mind I am back home for 5 days and then after that there is only one more week until pay day I should just be able to manage.

    Afternoon everybody.

Hope everbody is having a good weekend.

Well I have had a busy morning so far.

I managed to go for a two mile run :j
Then when I got back sweating and panting loudly I managed to force myself into my mini-gym and do some weights and toning for 20 minutes. Well and truly dead. lol

I have done my pigsback clicks this morning and I have joined mutal points. So hopefully I will get some e-mail rewards shortly.

I have managed to put a load of washing in, just going to peg it out now as it is lovely and sunny here.

I have also managed to get my accounts done and check my online banking. However I am a bit miffed.:mad::mad: I withdrew £19.95 from take a break bingo about two weeks ago and have still not recieved it. I think later on I will have to send an e-mail and chase it up.

Had a little look at the matched betting, but have not put any bets on. To be honest I am waiting for some money to come back into my account.

So overall a productive morning. Now I am off to do some decorating for a couple of hours.

    Bye for now
