    Good Morning everybody :hello:

Here is my update for yesterday

    Monday 15th June 2009

    1) Living on 4k a year challenge 6.gif

My meals for today were as follows:-

    Snack 2:- 2xrice cakes+butter=10p
    Tea:- Chips=£1.20

    Total for the day £3.61

Very naughty today. I had to nip out at lunch and post my books, so did not have time for my soup. So I had to buy a pastie and sausage roll and eat on the run.:mad::mad:

Then I had chips for tea as I was packing and getting stuff ready for going to my parents and GF's today.

So need to get back on track when I get back.

    I spent £3.50
£1.60 went on pastie and sausage roll
    £1.20 went on chips
£0.45 went on drinks in work

Then I put 25p into loose change.

This all goes on the extra column.

    Hi Everybody,

    How are you all,

Hope you have all had a good weekend.

I had a good few days off seeing my parents and girlfriend. Went to the concert, it was actually very good.

Spent quite a bit of money and did not manage any NSD days, so back to the grindstone tommorow. Back in work tommorow.

I get paid on thursday so not long to hang on, I just have enough money to get diesel and shopping for the week tommorow and my badminton and my budget for the month is gone. I will post an update of were I am tommorow, but I am still on target, just. :rotfl:

    Take care

Right I think that is it for today. Overall a good day and a very good month so far.

You're doing well Fritter. Do you have a Lidl near you? If so, go and buy a Daily Express Newspaper (cost 40p) and in it there will be a money off voucher save £5 when you spend £30 in Lidl. You can buy an awful lot for £30 in Lidl and you can pick up treats too.

I think that I will go to Lidl tomorrow as I have a few things to get (need to stock up ready for when I am in hospital and for when I come out).

    Hi everybody,

Horace- Thanks, that is cool. However, I dont think I have a lidl near me. I only have a tesco and Aldi.

I had my weigh-in today, I have stayed the same, I am stuck. To be fair I am quite happy with that, as I did not get weighed last wednesday as I was back home, and I ate loads of rubbish.

I really need to dig in and get below 14 stone. So on that note I am going for a run. Bye for now.

    Good morning everybody,

Well I am shattered this morning after a good work-out yesterday. Really hoping to get under 14 stone for next weeks weigh-in.

Anyway, as I am eating my porridge I thought I would do a list of jobs I need to do tonight.

    1) Cut the grass and do a bit of weeding - Completed
    2) Flyladys cleaning program for Thursday
    3) Eating plan and shopping list for next week.
    4) Post some more books on amazon
    5) Shredding and paper filing
    6) Daily clicks (if time)
    7) Surveys (if time and if any) - Completed
    8) Make lunch for tommorow - Completed

I will try and fit all that in, but I am not optimsitic. :rotfl:
