Hi folks,
Well I managed another NSD yesterday, so that is 2 for the month.
I made a lovely, simple stir-fry for me and my gf last night.
300g of long grain rice
800ml of veg stock
1 large onion
150g of frozen peas
1 red pepper
8 rashers of bacon
worcestershire sauce
Boil the rice with the stock for 10-15mins or until the stock is abosrbed.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the chopped bacon and finely chopped pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes Then once the rice is cooked sieve the rice and place the rice in with wok with the onions and bacon and added the peas. Cook over low heat for a few more minutes, just too heat the peas thorugh, stirring occasionally. Then take off heat and add a dash of worcestershire sauce, and serve.
Simply and yet very yummy and not very high in calories.

Well I managed another NSD yesterday so that is 3 for June.
I also managed to do another survey last night, so that is £2.75 I have managed to rake in over the last three nights on surveys.
I made a lovely chilli con carne in the slow cooker last night for tonights tea. So looking forward to that with a bit of rice and some tortilla crisps.
Yummy

Well done on the NSD. I really must get back in the swing of it as I have been letting myself off the hook this week. Back on the wagon from Monday though.Staring point of debt £23,343:mad:

Hi folks,
Well I managed another NSD day on Friday and one on saturday, so that is 5 for the month.
I had a good weekend. It was a long tiring day yesterday as I was in Blackpool for the day, as my gf is a dance instructor and there was the national competition of the year on at the blackpool opera house, it was awesome. Got back about 1am, so really tired today. I should of booked the day off, but nevermind.
I was good with the spending yesterday as well. We took a cool bag and had sandwich's and stuff. I only spent about £15 all day.

Hi folks,
Well I have managed another £24 on to my emergency fund this week just gone, so that takes the total past £100. Which I am really pleased about.
I may have to take a little bit out, if I run out of money at end of month, but I am really going to try hard not too.
