Hi folks,
Well I feel a bit better today. I think the badminton was a wake up call last night, I really need to lose some weight and get fit. I need to get organised. I might be tempted to order that book about Fat Frogs and getting organised. I hear that it is very good.

Right I have ordered 'Eat Fat Frogs', so we will see how I get on.
The meeting went ok this morning, just having a nice cottage pie w/w meal. With the size of my mouth, three mouthfuls and it is gone.

Anyway, I have started putting some ideas for the mind-map together, and hopefully I will get some work done on it this weekend. Then hopefully this weekend I can get control of goal setting on a daily, weekly and yearly basis. I need to get this debt shifted once and for all

Catch you all later

Morning Everyone,
Well I am seriously aching this morning. I have not played badminton two nights in a row for a while. Managed to get up a bit earlier this morning and watched a bit of the tennis and did a bit of trading and made £3.50. Every little helps.
