Have just spoken to someone who has confirmed that they have my order, BUT they have NOT yet received stock of the monitors from the suppliers. Expecting them soon, but do not have a date as yet.0

[strike]Hiya vandanfc, can I ask who it was you spoke to or who to contact? I might try and check that they have received my tokens/cheque, as mine hasn't been cashed either.

Sorry, I just realised the telephone number for customer services is on page 6 of this thread......whoops!!
Thanks.0 -

Don't hold your breath guys & girls ...
Just spoke to the Daily Mail helpline regarding mine, and whilst they did confirm they had my order, the ETA for orders to be fulfilled is around Xmas
Apparently it's all down to British Gas fulfilling the orders, and it ain't gonna happen very quickly
So much for the delivery within 28 days .... mind you I can't find anywhere where it actually says that ....
Cheers

Yep, i just rang the number myself, was on hold for 13minutes but they did confirm my order but that they was waiting for britishgas to furfill the order and they had no idea about the timescaale for that0

British Gas often take 65 working days to inform their customers of a price increase and that's just a standard letter so I would be very surprised if they can get 100,000 energy monitors out to punters by THIS Xmas, lol.Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
So we won't be holding our breath then?
Isn't it annoying, waiting for something that never comes?
Has nobody at all had theirs yet?

Typical of British Gas, the customer always comes last. Like everyone else, my cheque still hasnt been cashed and my application (with a valid code) was mailed as soon as i had the required tokens.:mad:0

If BG's customers took as long to pay their bills as BG themselves are taking to come up with the goods I'm pretty sure that they would be complaining rather loudly. Is it one rule for British Gas and another for everyone else?
How about a statement from BG/Daily Mail in the Mail to indicate the expected delivery date with an apology for the delay, please? When they stated it would be delivered by courier I was expecting it that week, not months later, especially after paying out for a premium rate 0904 number so presumably they would know how many to order. How can they be so inefficient?0
