I phoned and got my own claim number, collected the tokens religiously every day and posted them same day to make sure I was near the front of the queue..

Still not on the system..

It's British Gas, don't forget. Anyone who has experience of dealing with this company must know not to expect efficiency. Here for Xmas? Which one?

I was worried about why my cheque hadnt been cashed and still no sign of the OWL... it would seem nobody has had the item yet so we can still remain hopeful... lets keep our fingers crossed the Daily Mail and or British Gas will get a move on... seems unusual as it says within 28 days?
