I sent of mine about 2 1/2 weeks ago, still no sign and the cheque has not been cashed yet so doubt i will be seing it yet.

Has anyone received theirs yet??

Same here cheque not cashed and no sign of anything, but like Antispam I had a package from BG this morning but it was the energy saving light bulbs.

I've just spoken to a lady from customer services. Apparently they are in the process of data entery.

Did they give any indication as to how long this would take?

I want my monitor I bought eight newspapers that I didn't even read so I could have it :rolleyes:

No indications, I wasn't on the system yet so she couldn't really say.

Phoned again today, still entering data. They have had so many people taking up the offer that they are really far behind.

Was told to check in 10-14 days.
