LOL Dinah, you seem to be a little disorganised at the moment, not like the list mad freak we know and love!
Just wasted waaaaaaay too much time on a website called Design Her Gals, you make little cartoony ladies and guys and then you can buy your design on notepads etc, just made lots of mini-me's and a mini-OH to keep them company! It's grown up paper dolls!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Hi Dinah and NIM,
There are other guys looking at your thread and taking the advice and comments on board.
Just to reply to your Student Loans comment.
Student Loans only konw about your payments a few months after the end of the tax year. They usual issue a statement around September or October if they have the information. It might be worth giving them a call and asking what information they have (PS - Better have all you P60's for previous tax years handy where you have paid and you payslips for the last tax year unless you have had your P60). They should be able to give you an idea of your current balance as well.
If there is anything missing from your record then they should be able to get in touch with HM Revenue and Customs and sort it out for you (can take a while though).
You have been a star in clearing your debt and given me a lot of hits regarding trying to up my income. My DFD is Feb 2010 - which is fixed due to a couple of loans but the (nasty) CC's should be paid by end of the year.0 -

Morning everyone.
Dinah, congratulations on your Debt Free-ness. Must be a fantastic feeling :dance::dance::dance:
As for all this talk of Cadburyworld.....I REALLY need to go now. Might have a look for a few days when I've started my new/old job as me and my boyfriend will both be working shifts so can go in the week if necessary, but we have to factor putting the 2 dogs into kennels. If we took Wes it would have to be renamed Wesleyworld cos he'd eat all the chocolate!!!!
Well, I've just checked my bank account and that Northern Rock money still hasn't gone in so today is kick !!! day  I wouldn't mind but they're the ones who say it'll be in your account within 10 days AND since I sent the agreement back they've taken another full payment out instead of the lower ones so that's now more money they owe me.
I'll keep you posted with progress.
By the way, Cinny, did you once talk about a pink moped or crash helmet or something (or am I dreaming)? I saw a girl on a pink moped the other day and her helmet was baby pink and I thought of you (in a non-stalking way of course!!) :rotfl:
Have a good day everyone xxLet's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -
Good Morning!
Woohoo! Debt Free Dinah! £65.82 a day is crazy! I'm so proud of you though, you should hold seminars!
Get kicking some NR botty today Pilchard! I'll be cheering you on!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Topshop is pure eeeevil their sale is on and they've discounted every single thing I had my eye on! And they're still all there in my size. Surely it's a sign?
And Reko have got a lovely red dress covered in birds and eiffel towers. Should behave, but sooo tempting!
Pilchard - I think I said about getting a pink helmet a bit ago! Sadly I just have a boring black one, but I have bright pink gloves so that must make up for it!
I wonder what Dinahs new thread will be called!0 -
Morning! Happy DFD Dinah!! _party_ £65 per day is amazing, more than I EARN I think so very well done!! And your house deposit fund is still four figures so that's great too
We'll have a celebratory tea next weekend! Are you doing anything this evening?
Pilchard good luck with NR! It's so annoying when your money's floating about in the ether and you don't know where it is!
Payday here too and after all my outgoings and planned spends (I really want a new walking undercoat thing as my fleece is waaay too warm, and I've been promising myself some Converse forever now...) I have £510 to live on til next paydayaugh!
What is this dress with Eiffel Towers on? I want it to wear in Paris! (That would be kitsch right, not sad?)

Go on Topshops website and it's under 'brands' as Reko. £40, so not too bad. And it would be very kitsch to wear it in Paris!
£510 will be easy Tete, that's more than I get a month!.. I think- but then I don't have a car to run, filled my Vespa up this morning on the way to work, £4! - is the £510 after buying the converse and undercoat?
ETA: Sorry Birdie! I have things in my basket up to £100. Woops! Won't buy them, just a bit of screen shopping.0
