Can't forget baking (although I clearly did, shh!) :D

That's new age romantic Birdie, much sweeter than mine and OHs story! Unless 'Mummy pestered Daddy on MSN' is a cute story to tell the kids?

ETA: I was going to drag OH to the Cinema tonight for such reasons Birdie! Nearest is Sheffield Cineworld for me, but I think factoring in petrol then the overpriced cinemaness + tea out it isn't worth it for me, although ben and jerrys is looovely.

Already checked Birdie - and to my surprise there is one near me!!! But OH is at work til 9 and if we go to the cinema after he has worked a 12 hour shift he would probably be snoring! And besides i really should be getting on with some work! OH has promised to buy me a tub of ben and jerrys when he gets paid though! Our local corner shop quite regularly sells it for half price

I think I'll just get OH to buy me some ice cream and I can say it was technically free as I didn't pay for it! I was also trying to figure out if I could get to Leeds or Bradford but it's just getting silly, I'd have to have A LOT of free ice cream to make up for the cost of petrol! Oooh, talking of ice cream, OH went out with his friend yesterday (I swear he's living the life of a retired man, it doesn't help that a bunch of his friends are off work at the same time for one reason or other!) and they stopped at Ripley for ice cream (local village shop that does nice ice cream and features a special flavour of the week) and he had custard cream flovour! Yum! May have to have a trip out one day after work!

Custard Creme sounds lovely! I think I'm going to break my NSD today and go and get some ice cream after work, then I can sit out in the garden, read a book and have an ice cream dinner! I have an icecream making so I should really make my own.. I have a Ben and Jerrys recipe book too!

Must...not...buy...Ben and Jerry's...book! I'm already fighting against the urge to buy an ice cream maker, I don't need more reasons to get one!

Oh dear, erm, the ice cream maker is rubbish and er, the erum, book is useless too. You two totally don't need to buy them, at all, nu-uh.

To be fair the book really is pretty useless as it's all american measurements, so tricky to work out if you don't have a set of cups!
