Random musing alert that has nothing to do with anything!
There is a lady in the office with a ridiculously long thumbnail. The white of it is about 2cm long- but she's a smoker so when I say 'white' I mean 'yellow'- and ends in something of a point. The rest of her fingernails are quite normal and I just can't keep my eyes off it, it is hideous! If I look at it too long (which I end up doing when I'm sat training her) I start to feel queasy. How do I sneakily break it off without it seeming like sabotage?!?! Although, I'm not sure I'd like to break it off as it is so big it may grow into it's own creature once free of its host! Eeek!

I managed to lose 2 lbs last week, if i kept that up would be where i want to be when go on holiday, but weightloss always seems to slow down after the begining.

I had 6 months of being trained by a woman who had horrible ciggy-coffee-mint breath, on closer inspection she also had lots of thick black hairs randomly growing out of her face. *shudders*

In some cultures men grow the nail of their little finger really long so they can break the hymens of virgins (TMI?) - it's really gross when you see a really old man with one creepy, long, yellow nail selling balloons and your 'best friend' thinks it would be hilarious to offer him a kiss from you in exchange for some balloons!

Let's change the subject... well done on losing 2lbs Wendz! That's a good start try to keep on track by telling yourself it's only for a few weeks. I keep falling off the wagon when I'm dieting which is why I'm focusing on upping the exercise too (okay then, instead...)

There's another woman in my office (there aren't that many I swear but everyone is a different 'character' that it seems like there are loads!) who is like that, I actually sneakily refer to her when discussing her with one of the boys as 'Coffee Fag Breath Wig Head' (original!), or 'Wiggy' for short. The wig bit comes from the over processed 50+ year old hair that is starting to thin out and looks like a bad wig! We're so mean!:o I'm lovely really!:p

Only 3 more hours till bed when I can stop thinking about having a Snickers! If I eat one in my sleep does it class as cheating?

I am not sure if I can make the meet I will have to get back to you, but if I can't we should do another one in the summer up the lakes and we can all go walking and then eat.

I love Betty's too and am gutted that I'm busy that day or I might've been cheeky and invited myself :embarasse. Just in case you didn't know, there is a Little Betty's in York, too and there's never been a queue when I've gone in or past it. It's got another little tea room and a lot of the stuff they sell at the big place and it's only 5 minutes walk from the Big Betty's so might be worth giving that a go? xx
