Wow Dinah that is very complicated but sounds like you know what you are doing.
I managed to break my laptop earlier, don't know how but is al fixed now. Have spent the rest pf the day trying to devise a proposal as am trying to persuade my Dad would be a great idea for him to buy a house for me, OH and my sister to rent in a view to maybe buy off him one day. Have been looking up varying mortgage costs etc, very complicated and don't really understand it all.0 -
Why do you need that much rent up front Flower? Does he have a job lined up up there?
OH has a job lined up yes, but i dont yet. According to all the letting agents we cant afford the rent we are willing to pay (based on his income) - the fact that we have managed for over a year now doesnt make a difference. My family are pretty much dotted all over the country, so will be moving away from some but closer to others - if that makes sense?!
'There' is the birmingham area but we havent decided where yet - definatly not in birmingham - one of the surrounding towns.
Hopefully i will get into work pretty quickly - when i eventually decide what i want to do!!

How can we be at these meets if were not told of the arrangements then Flower? We might have to do things like work so that our finances can be there to be arranged This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0
