I think the swan is made out of a towel! I remember staying in a hotel a few years ago (Mexico maybe???) and the maid used to make lovely things with my pyjamas everyday, I always felt really bad destroying it!

Would imagine its your current account Cinny, don't think many ISAs or savers come with cards. Is it a new type of card? Since you just turned 18 it might be a switch instead of solo or the visa equivalent

We booked the hotel in Egypt solely based on the towel art and then didn't get any - we were gutted!

We are going for a week and am pretty happy just lying on the beach most of the time so will do me just fine! We are going to do self catering which will prob work out more expensive but i quite enjoy going out for meals and the last all exclusive we went to the food wasn't very nice.

I did self catering last year in Crete, and wasn't that bad so have to try and do the same.

Dinah - Crete is nice but don't go to Malia where I went, was good for me as was my end of uni holiday with a mate but was so noisy at night and the streets were full of drunken teenagers. The actual island though is lovely. We went to the old part of Malia for a meal one night in a little resteraunt and was so nice.

We've never gone all inclusive, I've been half board a couple of times and usually ended up going out for food anyway because it was rubbish in the hotel! I like going out to local restaurants anyway, but it does work out as quite expensive. This hotel has good reviews for food though so it looks like we'll be OK! I just hope we get a good deal so we can actually go! Normally we're happy to stick to the Med, we love it, but we realised that in the time we've been together we haven't really done anything or been anywhere that was so good we could tell our kids about what we got up to when we were young! I think the same thing has occurred to my brother and his fiance, they're off to Florida on Sunday!

Me and my oh are the same, have only been to Spain, Paris and Majorca. I really want to go on a trip across America , might have to wait till honeymoon though if a wedding ever comes up!

I'd love to do a trip across America, my Mum's dream is to take a big Winnebago and for all of us (Mum, Dad, Me, OH, Brother, SIL) to drive from the east coast to the west coast. I keep telling her that if she pays for it I'll go!

OH is not too keen on going to America with me because I went a few times when I was younger and he thinks I'll be all, 'Been there, done that!' which is slightly true, you can't help it if you've been somewhere before, but it's all good, I just want to go back because I loved it first time round and want him to experience it too! He's slowly coming round to the idea I think...

Oooh, just been looking at the excursions and there's a shark encounter! 'Follow the lead of the animal handlers and you'll feed and touch these creatures in their enclosure. Afterwards you can don your snorkel and spend some time swimming with sharks and observing their behaviour underwater.' How cool is that?! Or there's the Sea Lion encounter- 'This has to be one of the funniest experiences you are likely to have. Sea Lions are known as the comedians of the sea, for sure they will bring a smile to your face. An encounter is a great way to get up close and enjoy a cuddle from a right fishy character!'

Oooh, I'm all excited, I really hope we can afford to go!

I am the same as have been to America but OH hasn't. I know he would really enjoy it though. My mum and Dad went last year and I really jealous.

That holiday sounds really good! I am really getting in the holiday mood now

Sat here struggling with a cover letter for a job but hey. This hiliday talk is getting me nervous atm. I got roasted in egypt, dont wanna go again so soon although I dont think I have a choice so "Of course I'd love to go on holiday again darling" :D
