Noooo! I'm such a carnivore, I could never give up meat! Bread and chips was hard, meat would be impossible!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

I think it was jamie oliver that did some programme on getting people to see how animals were killed, then getting them to eat it. For about 3 or 4 weeks after that i couldnt eat meat as i just had images of little lambs or pigs being killed. But then the desire for meat just blocked those images out of my head :rotfl:Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0

I am on a bit of a pre holiday diet at the moment. I would never be a size 8 either, my hips and thigh area would always be too big!0

When do you go on holiday?? You might have already said but i have a memory like a fish!
I go away in 10 weeks, really should start trying to tone up!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Hopefully in 4 weeks, we haven't booked yet. I am waiting for credit card to come through in post to book it on (don't worry am going to pay it straight off). Doesn't give me long to diet though, only started this week! Only want to lose about 8 lbs though so is possible.0

Good luck on your diets girls! I could never give myself a 'I want to be a size X' or 'I want to loose XXpounds' I'm bloody useless at the best of times nevermind setting a goal!
Where is it you want to go Wendz? And where is it you're going Flower? Mind like a goldfish over here too!!
Have a nice night everyone!!0 -
I'm the opposite Cinny, once I have a goal for something I get super determined, almost to the point of obsession. Think NIM is quite looking forward to when there is nothing we have to work towards. To tell the truth so am I, will be nice to have properly 'free' time.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

People would give anything to have your kind of determination Dinah, me included! Seriously, if you fancy sending me some in a baggy I could really do with it! Need to knuckle down to savings, think I'll apply for that AQA!
Is anyone watching that Kirstys homemade home tonight? Or whatever it's called. Looks like something I'd thought you'd love Dinah!0 -
Haven't heard of it, what is it?
NIM and I both sent an email over to AQA earlier, just waiting for them to send us the tests so we can apply. Would be good to know how much they pay etcDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
