It's our solicitors who we *may* be able to sue for negligence as they should have found out what was happening, we were paying them a lot of money to do that in the first place! Just when I thought I was over that nightmare their incompetence resurfaces!

Enjoy the rest of your time off Tete!

ETE: Flower, I keep meaning to try selling on Etsy once I have a few more cards in my finished pile but I'm afraid at the moment it is on my to-do list along with a lot of other things!

  • I have had an Email for pinecone who pay up tp £3 for a completed survey they are rather hard to find as you usually have to find a advert on a website to apply. I can refer friends if I forward them the email so if any of you are interested PM me and I will forward it to you.

I had to save this from page 4!!!!

Today was a total waste of time, we took 12 calls between 2 of us all day! I did 3 sudokus on my DS and printed of my Tiffany jewellery after finding a super discount website that sells it! Busy day! Hope everyone has a good Easter, it'll be nice to have Dinah back on Sunday/Monday!

Had an okay day today, just trying to finish up the proposal changes (it never ends). Felt the need for a giant pig out, so made some rice crispy buns (to bulk out the chocolate, lol) and cheerfully scoffed them all.

I downloaded that new service Spotify, which lets you listen to whatever tracks you like, with some (very annoying swiftcover) ads in there. So I decided to have a big cheesey music fest of guilty pleasures that I wouldn't be seen dead with in my itunes! Have been reliving those teenage memories of kissing boys at discos all day long. Very good (although some not so good) from Bangles to Destiny's Child.

OH and housemate are all out so I am having a very rare and very lovely time all on my own.

Forgot to say Cinny - the haircut pic you posted looks really lovely! I'm jealous x

    Morning!

I've not been very productive either! Went into town yesterday morning with my brother (got chocolatey easter things!) and watched Lost in Austen start to finish with my sister in the afternoon.

Speaking to OH last night we've decided to cancel the Cornwall holiday, I've been stressing out over going since the big drama with his mum over it all and OH said he'd rather it was a holiday with just me. So the new plan is - Kent in July, Bath in September and Edinburgh in December. Just about to go into town to put my holiday fund back into the bank, then I can shift it over to savings.

Birdie - that sounds like a normal day in our Office, have a nice easter weekend!

Lara - Your bank holiday sounds great! Might opt for something like that after I've been to the bank, must remember to buy mini eggs and not scoff them on the way home!

You're right Birdie, will be great to have Dinah back, Monday I think though as the flight was 7 hours or something right? i hope we get camel pictures!!!

I think you're doing a good thing cancelling the holiday with OH's family, you'll feel so much better if it's just you and him... and Bath is lovely, as is Edinburgh, I'm a little jealous!!!!

I've woken up feeling like my head is full of cotton wool, have doped up with Beechams, I hope it works!

Hope you're feeling better soon Birdie, and ready to gobble chocolate tomorrow!

It's weird but I suddenly feel bunches happier. I've been in a right gloomy mood the past few weeks and trying to figure out what it was it all roots at that! It's a toss up between visiting places in England or taking a week off and booking a late deal nearer the time? The late deal, even with renewing my passport, would cost a whole lot less, but I really really want to go to Bath!

Cinny i think you are doing the right thing by cancelling the holiday especially if it was causing you stress! Bath is lovely, i would love to go back again. I have never been Edinburgh, but would really love to!

Ooh you have reminded me, i must get some mini eggs after work. Apparently OH and i are too old for easter eggs - as both of our parents told us!! Whats that all about??!!

Lies pure lies, you're never too old for easter eggs! I completely forgot the mini eggs, way too busy in town for my noggin to work properly.

Leaning towards the UK holidays spread out over the year. Just thinking then we can save up and go away for a fortnight next year, or a week in New York. Just having trouble finding a hotel in Bath with parking!! Will be getting a train up to Edinburgh - You really should go if you get the chance Flower, it's lovely! Getting excited thinking I can do Christmas shopping there. Oh dear!

I think one day i will go to Edinburgh, OH would love to go. Think at the minute the only way we would go is if we got a flight up there, as we live in the south-west it would probably take about 10 hours to drive up there!!

Exactly my thoughts re the easter eggs! Never too old. On my way home from work i stopped off and bought OH and i one each :D

How have you and darcy been getting on cinny? Have you had chance to take him out much?
