I constantly think my hair looks boring, I'm not daring enough to have anything major done to it though! Red is really hard to maintain - when I used to dye my hair a few shades darker it'd look so dull after 3 washes!

Booked in for next Wednesday, plenty of time to find a hair cut I like and maybe go for something different, which I doubt. Going into town after work on Darcy, going to see if I've won one of the 1000 points, and something else, which I've completely forgotten!

Cinny you're getting very forgetful lately, must be your old age :D You've inspired me to book in at the hairdresser's actually, will give them a ring and see if they can fit me in on Thurs as I'm off ... :)

I think it was something to do with Asda, I honestly don't have a clue! :o

Hope you can get booked in, you deserve a bit of pampering after the hard ISA shopping! Are you still going to look at one today?

ETA: Caster sugar! I'll try home bargains or B&M first, see if I can get it cheaply!

Haha - of course it was something baking-related! What are you making? I'm going to make my traditional shredded wheat and mini-eggs birds nest cakes next week for Easter, love em!

Yep, I will pop along to Lloyds, it's right near work so I have no excuse really. That reminds me I'll print off the page on the website that says about the 3% rate though...

Hello, I'd love a bit of a hair change! My hair is just sort of long and a bit straggly at the mo - I've been trying to grow it for years but I usually get bored and have it cut. It's very dark but I was thinking of going a bit reddy-brown this summer for a change. I just don't trust hairdressers not to give me that stripey effect!

My Grandma makes them! Nom nom nom! Have fun at the bank!

Just standard buns me and my sister used to make! I don't think I'll be going afterall though, the weather is well and truely rubbish! I think I'll just pop my lovefilm DVDs on and go on the treadmill this afternoon!

ETA: Go treat yourself Poddle! Even if you do do it at home, I love the reddy-brown colours. Heard anything about the job?

Yeah, I didn't get it...:( The woman phoned me up to tell me which was nice and said I was a very very close second, but in a way that's worse!

I might do some baking to cheer myself up - do you have a good muffin recipe Cinny? I made some vile muffins the other day using an American recipe which had been converted really badly - they were all sloppy and OH says they gave him a tummyache! Cheek!

p.s My sig looks happier though :) Just need to get rid of that pesky £209!

Your Sig does look much happier!

I have a lovely chocolate muffin recipe if that's what you're after, I can type it up once I get home for you if you want? As for american measurements you can get the measuring cups at Morrisons now for 97p or something!

It was nice of them to ring you up though, instead of leaving you hanging! Sorry you didn't get it, at least you got a lovely dress out of it!

Sorry you didn't get the job Poddle, put it down to experience and hope that next time you get it, my fingers have cramp from being constantly crossed for you! The sig's looking good though!

I've been sitting with a lady attempting to train her all morning, I'm having a brief respite as she's on her lunch which is a blessing as I'm totally losing the will to live! I just don't get why stuff isn't going in after weeks of going over it?! I'm secretly kind of hoping that she's the one to get the boot as she clearly isn't going to 'make it' when it comes to doing all the work required, but that's a nasty thing to say so shhh!!!!

As for hair, mine is super boring! It's past my shoulders, no fringe just a bit of layering on the front and no colour, just my natural dark brown. I can't really afford to colour it as I don't trust myself to do it at home so it'll be a salon job and my hair grows quickly so I'll have to get it coloured at least once a month to stop it looking rubbish! There's a woman at work in a wheelchair who nearly always has a good centimetre of gray roots showing, surely you'd make sure that you kept your hair touched up if everyone can see the top of your head?

I really want to make easter egg rice crispy nests now! May have to do them at the weekend!

That's a good idea! I was thinking about something with banana and toffee as I gave up chocolate for lent. I ruined it yesterday though by demolishing a huge bag of Mini Eggs without thinking twice! It was a bad day though... and chocolate muffins are yummy... Recipe would be lovely if you don't mind typing it up, thanks!

I'm still 50% on Lent - I haven't touched any wine for weeks!
