You need a hotty botty and some chocolate, maybe wine to fuzz things a little!
I came online to do something, and I've completely forgotten what..0 -
Morning! Hope date night was OK Tete! And did you remember what you were supposed to be doing Cinny?!
In early today as I need to get home, get changed, get fed and get out of the house again before 5pm to get to Leeds so it'll be a bit of a rush, even with leaving at 4! I hope James Morrison appreciates the fact that I've had no breakfast in my rush to get to work today!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Well if he's rubbish, march to the front of the crowd, stand right infront of him pointing your finger and go 'I missed my corn flakes for you! And where's Nelly Furtado?!'
I didn't remember what I came on for! I just sat there, with my laptop, and asked my dad if he knew what I was meant to be doing. He sadly didn't know either.
Going to book myself into the hairdressers today, they were really quiet all of yesterday so I'm cheekily hoping they'll be able to fit me in right after work.0 -
I will! I'll demand to be reimbursed the 16p I'll have to pay to buy some toast from the canteen!
I'm kind of regretting getting my laptop webbed up, I wasted so much time on it last night when I should have been making the Thank You cards I planned on making last week! I may ask OH to limit my use of it to make sure I do other things on an evening!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. You go girl! Show Mr Morrison what for. Of course, if he's good then it was time well saved in the morning and 16p well spent!
haha, it does get you like that doesn't it? When I came on last night at 8ish before I knew it the opening chords of The Apprentice were starting up! Text your OH while you're at work tomorrow and ask him to hide your laptop for you, then you won't be tempted! As long as he has a good memory to remember where he hid it.0 -
Morning! I know exactly what you mean about time lost to the internet - before Christmas when we only had the dinosaur computer I never used to go on at home but now I can on the laptop and I lose whole evenings, doing what I don't know!
Had a lovely date night in the end actually thanks,we just went to the pub and watched the match but it was nice. My tummy's still bad this morning though, I think girls should be allowed to have a couple of days off a month for such reasons!
Hope you've enjoyed your toast Birdie, I have a real craving for jam on toast since I gave up bread for Lent, so that's what I'm going to have for breakfast on Easter SundayAnd do what Cinny says if JM's rubbish, maybe with a few prods in the chest for good measure!
Any major hair changes Cinny?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
maybe dint his ego, call him a James Blunt band-wagoner.
no no, I'm sure he'll be great. And slightly better than James Blunt, as he can actually sing without hitting the Troy High School Musical high notes.
Nothing major, just a trim! It's abit Jemima Rooper Lost in Austen right now, only a tad shorter. Need my fringe sorting too - had a full one cut in but I'm sure it's slanted!
Well done on still keeping off the bread - completely forgot about lent!! Sounds like a lovely date night too. If ladies can't be excused from work for certain days, we should atleast be able to wear slippers and have a hotty botty!0 -
Well exactly. I'm considering getting one of those heat pads for bad backs to put on my tum, I wonder if it would work? I'm also considering shoppiong, I always want to treat myself when I feel down. But still haven't booked Paris hotel yet and don't want to go spending frivolously til that's done. I'll go and see about my ISA instead at lunchtime.
I just had to google Jemima Rooper (what a ridiculous name!), and that's nice hair!! I envy your lovely red hair, I don't like being blonde. I'd love a full fringe like that but I think it'd make me look about 6, and I also think it might be quite high maintenance?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Well if you need retail therapy, and don't like being blonde. You should go treat yourself to a cut and colour! You should get a fringe cut in if you want one, my sister had hers cut in last night in stages so she could see if she liked it or not, you could ask for them to do that!
I think the heat pack might work, i'm sure you can get special ones for lady days though. If you go to boots don't forget to check incase you've been given 1000 free points from Martins e-mail.
Right, back in abit. Off to book myself in at the hairdressers.0 -
Hope you manage to get in ok. Nah, I can't really change hair colour, I only really suit blonde or red due to my pale freckly skin, had red hair for my late teens/early 20s but it's too high-maintenance. Might go for my side fringe thing again though, even though OH calls it THE FRINGE like some kind of 50s horror movie. I grew it out but my hair looks very boring without it!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
