    Hello ladies and NIM!

GiSi, I can't get onto photobucket at work as it is blocked (stupid work!) so I'll have a look at your pictures tonight! I'm very intrigued by a red dress!

I went to the hospital this morning, the musculo-skeletal clinic, about pain in my ankles (seriously, I have the body of a 50 year old!) and apparently my feet are 'a bag of bones'! How is it possible that the muscles in my legs and feet are so underdeveloped that they can't support me properly? It's not like I stay in bed all day! I'm now going to have to do lots of exercises to sort myself out which OH is glad of because he likes a project and his favourite project is making me fitter and stronger!

Glad things aren't going to badly for you money-wise Lara, at least your rent is being paid and like you said, it's only going to be a little while until you've got more moeny coming in.

Money-wise for me since we're trying to keep on topic (until I see more dresses this afternoon and we go all girly again!), I got a cheque from work today; I was expecting it to be for £460 as I cashed in my sharesave scheme from 2 years ago (the share option is at £11.62, shares are currently worth £1.95!) and I could do with the money to put on my CC... anyway, the cheque was for £6.26 which was both disappointing and nice as it was from a short payment last payday! Drinks are on me!

fingers crossed the other cheque turns up soon Bridie.

Glad things are looking a bit sunnier for you Lara!

Morning all, am I the only one whos not sleeping well here

As to the paypal and ebay issues, she knows what i'd say but its neither here nor there, when it comes to these types off issues the only method I've found that works is to become such a headache for the companies that paying you off is cheaper than the amount of time you are costing them, then they side with you and know that if your genuinely feeling herd done you will make it known. Otherwise your just another number on the books...ok I'll stop now before the little rant becomes a sermon.

    How is everyone today?

Cinny tell me you got oh or some other dumb ox man person like myself to lift the box from the attic for you

Thats a step at least Lara. How long has this been going on for?
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

NIM has now taken over on the ebay front since I'm too much of a coward to keep at it. He's going to start fighting the corner and listing the new items, huge weight off my mind so big thank you NIM.

Just waiting for the bed woman to turn up and get it out of my car, £30 yey!

Might not be able to do my very nice MS meal tonight as mum had to have a tooth out and NIM is at work until late and doesn't know where he is going and it has to be done by 9pm.... hmmm.... shame.

You could call my Pa that! Also found a box of new files (exciting!) so I have the joy of switching all the files over this afternoon.

Dinah - Shame about the MS meal, you have no choice but to snuggle up on the sofa and relax now.

Right, one last item to list for now then I'm off to try some sushi. I have a feeling I won't like it, so a bad choice for dinner when there's nothing else up for grabs.

Good old NIM! I wish my OH was ebay literate so he could make himself useful whilst off with his leg rather than playing on his xbox!

Shame about the MS meal. I'll come if it's free! ;)

Just got off the phone to the estate agent. I dobbed in both sets of solicitors for being useless and delaying things and she went mad, she is now on a mission to get us the keys for tomorrow! Heard all this before but this is apparently the final query so once it is sorted we'll be in! I kind of don't care any more as OH's health is on my mind more than a flat and last night I was trying to figure out how much we'll lose if we pull out now... I'm sure I'll be happy once we're in but at the moment I kind of wish we could just pull out and rent somewhere, it will be so much easier and there won't be the constant niggling feeling that we're in negative equity!

I like the idea of sushi but in practice... not so much! When I go to Yo Sushi with my parents (because picking food off a conveyor is too much fun!) my Dad and I get all the hot prawn/chicken dishes and Mum gets the actual sushi stuff which I nibble on and pull faces at because it feels and tastes weird! :p

Oh Birdie, all the talk of your engagement and I'd forgotten you're still waiting to move! Good for you for telling the EA, and good use of the term "to dob in" - love it! :D

I was eating it thinking 'I really want to like this!' I did like the california roll with soft cheese and red pepper though, but I figure that's because it didn't taste like fish. Still, I'm full, although it could be with disgust. I'm kidding myself by saying maybe i'd like it if it wasn't on boots meal deal? :rotfl:Never again!

Fingers crossed for you getting the keys - Like you said once you're in you'll be fine! It's been dragging on for ages now, it's understandable for you to be getting in two minds about it. I think you need to do some of your coffee exercises, take your mind off it with some intense exercise.

Can't believe you're still not moved yet Birdie! It's a disgrace! Some people are timidly whispering that this is the bottom of the market and buyers are coming back. I kind of hope not as I still can't afford anything!

Think the insane ammounts of petrol it would cost you to get here would kind of cancel out the free-ness Birdie!

I'm not a sushi fan myself, wish I was as it's so healthy, but then again, it's expensive. I can't stand fish at the best of times, but I had some vegetable sushi once and it was just so amazingly salty.
