Cinny, I think it's timed you tried to wean yourself off the Calpol now honey, I know it tastes nice but you're a big girl now!
But Day Nurse tastes horrid!
*whistfully remembers the taste of Calpol*
You'll be dropping dress sizes like god knows what! But if you're eating until you're full if doesn't really matter I don't think, no point over feeding yourself, cancels out the workouts!0 -

I think so, I heard you burn 180 calories in 3 hours of sleep though, have a kitkat then a nap. Sounds good to me! All depends on your weight as well I suppose, seem to get different numbers each time.0 -
I read that as I'm mostly sedentary (office job) I only need about 1750 anyway, whereas the average woman with kids etc needs 2000. Yeah burn off over 2000 to maintain weight, anything burned under 2000 should loose it.
Weighed myself on the scales at the gym last night, 10st 2  - I'm in double figures. Want to loose 2llb a week before 29th March, what does that make my target? Don't know how many llbs in a stone!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

14lbs in a stone. I think the more you weigh, the more calories you burn doing an activity than someone lighter. Is this partly why weight loss slows down after a while?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

How many calories per hour do you use coughing and complaining about your poorly throat?!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

It's either 14 or 16, I always get confused! Bloomin' pounds and ounces, so complicated! Why can't we embrace metric? Life would be much easier in round figures!
I'm all for having a kit kat then a nap... if I get fat I'm blaming Cinny!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

16 ounces in a pound, 14 pounds in a stone - very confusing! Who invented that system?!
Haha, yeah lets all have a kitkat and a nap, been at work since 8 I'm about ready for one!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
So, that would bring me to 9stone 4llbs. Hmmmm, not too far off my target I guess. Would be great if I could get a little further than that ready for the pictures! Planning on going every evening this week, except possibly Friday as I have a leaving do, and then again Sunday, so should make a decent start into the target.
Having looked at NIMs CC, looks like we might be even further off filling the second ISA than was hoped for. I very much doubt we can fill the second ISA unless we make a HUGE push for it, and I think he's already feeling overwelmed.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Just remember to drink loads of water Dinah, that'll help with your weightloss- IMO it is because you're forever running to the toilet and burning even more calories!
I really fancy a kit kat now... I don't need one... but I want one!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Very gutted now about the second ISA. Feel like all I do is nag NIM, and I know he's not like my ex who sat around playing games and watching telly all day while I was working, I know he's been busy tidying and ironing and calling about jobs and stuff, but I just wish that something would come of some of it and a few more pounds would roll in.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
