Work just did a blind taste test of all the new Walkers crisps flavours (bajji mmmmm, fish and chips bleurgh) - I love it when the manager has a day off, loads more fun!

That is OH's plan for this weekend, we live such an exciting life! We've been having cakes this morning as it is someone's birthday, mmmmm. Everyone had forgotten to bring him a card as he kept it very quiet so I spent a good hour this morning making him one using bits I found on the Canon Creative Park scrapbooking site! No-one seems to mind me making cards as it keeps me out of mischief and I let them all sign it too! I've even got crayons, pritt stick and coloured paper in my draw for emergencies such as this!:T

  • Totally agree. I did an exercise once where evryone wrote down their morning routine and then you swapped it with the person beside you. You then had to imagine that their morning routine was yours. It was terrible as some people got up really early just to put on make-up, where I don't!!! They reckon that most people are very 'autistic' with their morning routine and like everything to be the same every day.

I can imagine. I don't think I'm THAT bad on a morning but I do get a bit lost if something's different. For example I normally wash my hair on a morning, but if I go swimming on a night I wash it straight after so it doesn't need doing the next morning... I'm there putting my hairdryer on for no reason. I think that's more down to tiredness than anythign else though!

£560 for two weeks is brill Dinah! :T And an inflight meal!! That'll be a treat after you've both been on so many Ryanair flights over the last year haha!

I hate staying at OH's on a 'School night' as my routine goes to pot and I feel wrong all day!

My friend is a teacher and she went on a course for dealing with ASD and she says that everyone is on the spectrum, it is just that some people are higher up it than most, I guess that is why it is called a spectrum!

Are you def staying in the caravan now Cinny? :T

  • I read girlie magazines but I like the balance between reading something girlie and reading something intellectual. I like trying to relate to most people on most levels. I suppose that's why I do a very sociable job!!!!

Well, fingers crossed i am! :j just mailed the guy back to see if gas ect is included.

I always thought I was quite good with my morning routine! Normally end up putting my hair up in a half ponytail so I don't have to straighten all my boosh. Most of my 30minutes getting ready is spent watching Fosters Home on itv4 *ahem* :D

I've been very good today, I didn't go and order all the scrap booking stuff *claps to self* got baking stuff to buy on the way home from work so thats this weekends 'treat'
  • Ah I love caravans, I love how everything is slightly smaller than normal and everything slots away into its own little home :) Glad you seem to be getting sorted! What you gonna bake?

Ooh Cinny, meant to ask seeing as you're in the area - have you been to Dovedale? Is it as good as they say? And what towns/villages would you recommend a peek in in the Peak District (I didn't mean for that awful pun!) - we're staying in Buxton so we'll have a look round there...

My Amazon voucher arrived in my inbox this morning so I'm going to order Persepolis I think, then leave the change in there for when my next one comes through... must write more reviews...

haha, that was my only downside of it, the horrible eggy smell! I've only had that, chilli chocolate and the fish and chips one.

OH and I have decided we will do some reviews for Dooyoo on his account to try to get Amazon vouchers to buy a camera for the holiday. Need to average about 7-8 reviews a day though to get that much money in time, which I know tends to be frowned upon. My reviews tend to be very in depth, and I'm saving for a cheque to go off the debt, but we're goning to do more average ones (ie 300 words) on his account than my 3000 word blockbusters! Keeps the two funds nicely seperate too.
