Oooh, yeah, that was a fab hat! My brother is getting married and I'm gutted because I'm a bridesmaid... I can't wear a big hat! SiL is letting wear a feathery fascinator thing to keep me happy!:D

I'll wear whatever someone else gives me to wear, I really couldn't care less what I'm married in so long as it isn't tarty.

Egypt countdown has begun, can't rationalise eating my lunch which doesn't really appeal to me, so just having my fat free muller light and some blueberries and a diet coke.

I know you want to lose weight Dinah but make sure you are eating sensibly. No point in being skinny and ill at the same time!!!

I hope this isn't you on a downward spiral to the half a lettuce leaf and a tangerine diet you mentioned the other day:naughty:

Nah it's just that it's a friday, so there was no food in the fridge, so got given a Bird's Eye Chicken Supreme ready meal, which I find horribly bland. The dinner I'm making tonight has about 1000cals a head main and pudding combined!

I know what you mean about leaving it because you don't fancy it, just make sure you get something if you start feeling hungry.

Dinner tonight, baked chicken in basil and pancetta, with savoury pancake rolls stuffed with veggies in a red pesto and creme fraiche sauce, with ricotta and mozerella on top, and a baked spud. Pudding is sticky ginger and pear pudding, with custard or ice cream.
