I think when it came to it i'd have a proper wedding ring, as long at it was nice and clean and silver with a nice diamond on it I couldn't say i'd be too bothered about an engagement ring, to be fair if me and OH were to get married in the most distant of distant future I see it being a very Miranda and Steve affair.

I'd love a white gold engagement ring and wedding ring that fit together so I can wear them both forever. We've been looking recently but funds mean that we can't purchase! OH has informed me that we'll be married within 2 years though so I guess it's just a matter of waiting... I'm getting impatient though!

Exciting stuff! I just wanted an engagement ring that sparkled and nearly 4 years after I got engaged I love it!! I should point out that it took me all of an hour to pick it and that included a bottle of beer in between!!! It is a platinum solitiare and my wedding ring is just a plain platinum band. I love them though.

Lovely and classic, just what I want! I especially like the idea of the beer whilst shopping for a ring! :beer:

I don't know, Carrie annoys me sometimes! Her constant moaning and groaning, jesus christ woman get yourself together. Plus after she cheated on Aidan (I know it isn't real) that really put me off her.
