Just had a look. It is fabulous. My friend got engaged before Xmas and her OH got her a Tiffany ring. Very very swish! Have to admit I didn't even know what tiffany was when I got enagaged. Good thing too for my OH or I would have had him broke!!!

I'll bet your OH is very thankful of that! LOL!

Tiffany are super expensive, about £1500+ for 0.25 Carat diamond. You get more for your money elsewhere, but it's the name and the cut, setting etc that makes it cost more.

I'm off now too, to meaningfully look at the Tiffany website with OH! LOL! Have a good weekend if I don't 'see' you all!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

  • I'm just being pure nosy here but what do they cost?

Well, it depends on the size of the diamond, but i think the 1 carat one (Who am I kidding?!) was about $30,000...

Actually I've just checked... 2.5 carats were £27,000, so 1 carat will be nowhere near that... Can't remember where I got that figure from now, but whatever, either way it's well over the 'one months' salary' rule!!

    OK, NOW I'm off xxx

Forget a day - I go off for 2 hours and they get seriously scary! I blame valentines!

OH is quite on board with the new debt free/savings plan. Will be fully explained once the finer details are worked out!

Lol not sure what you are called on there, NIMs name is Rook with some numbers, all I know is there were only 3 people had ever looked at NIM's profile when we started the reviews, two of whom were Tete and Cinny!

NIM also wants to know why we all have cats....
