There's that new wildlife prog on at 9 Cinny, that's what I'll be watching! My Hotel Chocolat er, chocolates, arrived today - I can't believe what a big box it is!! And something seems to have gone awry with my payment for it - I thought it was about a tenner with £5 cashback, but they only seem to have taken £6.95 - so that's £2 for a massive box of posh choccies!! Woo! So they'll be going with us on our weekend away
Right off to finish making OH's Valentine's card. Was supposed to be doing some dooyoo but Don't think I can be bothered! See you in the morning girlies. Ooh, how was the tapas Dinah? Granny's quiche for me! Was nice though!

OMG what are you lot like, I miss a night and its like reading a novel to catch up!!!
Bad news on the gym Dinah, but then again i've always thought too much exercise is no good for you, unless its the bedroom type:p (d:p id I really just type that?? Hangs head in shame for lowering the tone;)
TPAxMFW - We've only gone and blooming done it!May 2013:j0 -
Now now TPA, I never pretended this thread had tone!
NIM has agreed to jon the gym (mega yeys), after I almost refused to go out to tapas as none of my trousers did up, so he's going to go in tomorrow try to barter some more.
Tapas was nice, but not as good as last time, and not spectacular to be honest. NIM had more balls than me and decided to follow Cinny's lead and offer our spare voucher to a party of 7 out celebrating a retirement, and they already had one! :rotfl: :rotfl: bless him, i dont know why but i would be far to embarrassed to ever do that! Would appreciate it if someone offered me a voucher though
Great news about the gym, hopefully he will be able to get you a good deal 2moro. And then you'll soon be feeling yourself againBiggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

It wasn't me who did it, errm, can't remember who it was now!
Fingers crossed for NIM getting a good deal for you two. In no time you'll be all happy in your size 8 jeans! I've taken to healthy eating this week to make up for lack of exercise. Really hoping next week is part time, even though I am liking the big numbers on my wage slip.
Didn't see that wildlife show last night Tete, I watched RelocationRelocationRelocationRelocationRelocation and Grand Designs instead, was it any good? Skins tonight but I don't think I'll make it that late. Starting to struggle getting up in the morning - hit snooze 4 times this morning0 -
They really seem to be dragging it out, you'd think they'd be wanting quick turnovers in the housing market! What was it that happened to your OH's knee? For some reason I think it's because of rugby!
Grandad gave me another £20 tonight, towards my glasses this time, getting very suspicious of the lad now. Can't think of anything to do tonight, just flicking about aimlessly. Could do some money making I suppose..
Morning! I never manage to get back on here once I get home, especially as I was at OH's last night and his PC is hooked up to his TV so I can't post about him without him seeing! :rotfl:
Now he's not looking... he got tackled badly (whilst scoring the winning try!) and landed on the corner flag, snapping it in half. I think the flag pushed the bottom of his leg one way and the rest of him went the other! _pale_
Fingers crossed for me today, the solicitors claim that their 'query' is going to be sorted today but I'm not sure that I believe them! We'll probably get the keys on Saturday so we can spend Valentines day moving and unpacking!
There's a photographers studio on OH's street that are doing 'free, no obligation' pictures on Saturday for Valentines Day and I want to go and have one done, we haven't got many nice pictures of the two of us so I've asked for a picture if it isn't too expensive. Of course, if we're moving it won't work out very well as we'll be all scruffy- but at least the photo will reflect how we usually look!:rotfl:
Sorry to hear that Date Night wasn't as good as you'd hoped Dinah, but I always think that the company is more important than the food, if that's any consolation!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Morning all, I've got into the habit of snoozing for a good half hour before I get up on a morning Cinny - the benefits of Flexi! Soon be the light mornings though and I'll be awake at 4! The wildlife programme was really sad - baby guillemots being eaten by arctic foxes after falling from the sky on their first flight, polar bears cast adrift on a tiny bit of floating ice when there should be a whole shelf of it. I was crying at the poor polar bear falling through the ice and not being able to climb out because it was so thin it kept breaking. I comforted myself with the thought that I donate to the WWF every month though
Good on you for taking the extra voucher Dinah even though it wasn't needed in the end. Last time we went to Pizza Hut with one, I opened my mouth to tell the waitress and she knew straight away what I was going to say because everyone had been bringing them in!
Sounds v painful Birdie, your poor OH! Fingers crossed for you re. the solicitors - what a lovely valentine's pressie if it happens this weekend for you. If you do get the keys and move on Saturday I think you SHOULD get a scruffy photo of the two of you to hang in the hall as a memento of the day you moved in together, aaahhhh!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
My alarm goes off at 5:45 and I'm normally up and at it by 5:55. Somehow managed to be downstairs making my brother breakfast at 6:40 though, not sure how I managed that. I'm glad I watched Grand designs over the wildlife show, I get too upset over those kind of shows. I thought it might of been showing you lots of pretty frogs or something!
Does sound horrible for you OH, Birdie! I agree with Tete about the picture, that would be so sweet if you're looking all messy after moving in, fingers crossed for you getting the keys. I seem to have a lot of fingers crossed today!
Ruined my NSD for today, just bought the next diary on from love lessonsnew and used though! Made a wish list of books I want for my birthday and sending the link off to people now clearly stating I don't mind them new and used (means I might get more *ahem*)

Morning all, it's wierd isn't it that you want to do a good thing but are too embarrassed to offer to a stranger, I'd never be rude to them, in fact I would always be grateful and think it was a nice thing, even if I didn't want what they were offering.
Birdie that sounds horrible, poor OH!
Think I'm making dinner again tonight, need to speak to Dad though find out if he is doing this big romantic thingy to mum with the suprise new car, if he is then I don't think I'll be doing dinner as he'll be taking her out - not that he can stand up at the moment his back is so bad!
NIM is off getting his national insurance number this morning, and he joined the doctors yesterday. Gets to be put through his paces by the nurse on Wednesday. He's then going to go a-wrangling at the gym.
We should be home more tonight, so get a bit more done, will know more once I have spoken to dad. At any rate Saturday is all free, so can do lots of money making, and go to the gym if we're members or go for a little wander at castle eden walkway if we're not (don't fancy roseberry topping in the snow!). We're planning on entirely reorganising the books for sale/not listed this weekend. On Sunday we have 2 MSs, both in the same area though, shouldn't take more than an hour or two so will still be able to finish reorganising the bedroom as it's gotten scary again with not being finished.
Transfered over the money from my CC to my current account last night that OH owes me. That means everything he owes me is now on the CC, and my bank balance looks a whole lot healthier. Need to take my rent money out again though, but still, on track to make it to payday with £300 or so left over. Maybe £250, definitely going to need at least one more tank of petrol.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Arent you and NIM doing anything for Valentines, or was that last nights meal, or do you just skip it? Don't think I can remember you mentioning it!
Still, your Saturday plans sound better than mine! I've got some brownies to make for OHs house on Sunday then spend the rest of the time reading at a guess. Any plans on what you'll make tonight?0
