I'm the same with mine, but by gum if I ever want to make an Arabian spiced lamb with couscous i'm ready!0 -
As I say, book !!!!!!, can happily spend an evening just looking through the projects or recipies in books! Logic would say the first thing to try is with my kiln, but in all honesty I want it to be warmer before I try as I don't have the space in the house so would have to do it outside! So I'm thinking the wedding invites (if I get the new laptop.... think I'll name it Bertie) and some wedding favours/beading jewellery and tiaras. Go for the full wedding theme. Try to banish my fear of the damn things and make money all at once!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I agree with the couscous, but then if I change my mind on the couscous I have plenty of recipes.
My iPod is called Clarence! I used to call my old moped Bertie! Bertie is a good name for inatimate objects.0 -
I think Bertie needs a home. Going to use the snazzy red CC to get a snazzy red laptop. Or ask my brother to put the order through as I'm clealy feeling high on painkillers and lemsip max and can't be trusted not to accidentally order 3 of the things
Did that with a book on bookpeople before christmas. It's a heafty hardback too so dont want to RiSi it. But a £4 book isn't the same as a £700 laptop!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Be like all your christmasses have come at once!
I was just looking at dell laptops for OH and got stuck on the colour. Would it be wrong to get him a pink one because I'm curious to what it looks like? Would he be less impressed if I got him a bright yellow one so he doesn't loose it instead of one in blue? The red one is snazzy looking but would it clash with his blue room? Would he care? Would he be upset if I got him a green one which my green obsessed mother would steal? Too many options there for me.
I agree though, the red one is love-er-ly and needs a home to be lovingly used to make invites and such lark. It needs to be called bertie and become a He too.0 -
Go for red. Go for red! It is my favourite colour and I will be getting the red Sony Vaio when I ever get out of debt. I love it!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Yup deep red is about my favourite colour too, I like the artist pattern ones but I think £70 for them is too much.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
