haha, sorry to laugh at that! It can't be worse than the thousand of times I've joined in a conversation thinking it's aimed at me to find out it's someone in the office on a phone.

Least that's in the office, I've ben known to do that with strangers in the street.... but hey once committed and all I might as well keep talking, never know, they might be lonely and that chat is the high point of their day (probably not since they clearly have someone on the phone!)

We've just been given a new corporate greeting, doesn't identify the department we work in, only the name of the council, so very first thing we're asked after we've done this huge long spiel is 'is that planning' then comes 'are you a planning officer?' I always want to go into a long tirade on how I'm a cleaner, but I always drempt of being a planning officer and i decided today was my day, so I woke up, got dressed up in a suit, shirt, wellies and outdoor waterproof coat 8 sizes too big for me (sexy get up huh) and locked all the planning officers out. Planning is mine to control now *evil laugh*

Haha, now being questioned at why i'm laughing at a 'spreadsheet' *shifty looks* thanks, Dinah!

You should hear my phone voice. I talk like the queen, lord knows why! And as soon as I come off the phone, back to my yorkshire edged accent. And I don't even live in yorkshire.

We have one person who rings up from a supplier, his accent changes daily, the latest one is welsh. He calls my brother 'Jakey-wakey' and sends faxes through covered in hearts and kisses and insults.

Bloody hell! Looks like you'll be having plenty to do. Still not a clue what craft I want for this year at all. Are you going to go through one book at a time? Still, I wouldn't know where to start!
