I used Ashton & Parsons herbal powders, found these really calming for various grumbles when mine were babies.
Finally, I can see you crystal clear

I used to use that (or something similar) - I think the shock of having powder poured into their mouths used to shut mine up (for about 2 minutes!).

    Jxx
And it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end

At long last DS2 has his 4th tooth! after many nights of him screaming in his sleep and all the varnish stripped from the bottom of the cot! he thought he was hilarious today peeing all over his brothers bedroom floor!

its also DD1 8th birthday so am feeling a bit old and wondering where the past few years have went?

I think it's best if I merge you into the Parents thread ... posts appear in chronological order so you may need to work out who's replying to what.

Joseph had a poo today... in the bath. You've never seen me use so much dettol :rotfl:.

I'm very excited tonight as I get to sleep in my own bed at last. I've been camping on his floor since monday, looking after the poor monkey, but seeing as the scabby little thing is all better it was time for him to go back to the cot. Which resulted in 1.5 hours crying at nap time and ohh 2 hours at bedtime. But all is quiet now and I get to feel a matress again!:j

ozzie's done this twice now and as his poos aren't solid (tmi i know!) it isnt very pleasant  but he looks so pleased with himself after i just have to laugh:rotfl: . thats why he had a swim nappy, pants and a wetsuit on when i took him swimming - cos any leaks in there would be very embarrassing!

and when oz is having teething troubles i give him teetha granules (get them in tesco) and it def calms him down.
    DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY ;)

Please don't take it that way: this is an enormous forum and it sometimes makes more sense to merge a new thread into an existing one, especially when it's 'chat' rather than especially Moneysaving. And everyone gets it wrong sometimes!
