Hey CG
Can't see your gorgeous Daniel ??
Here is one of Samantha (I hope)0 -
awww - she's lovely
Charlotte is turning into a girly girl now. She goes into my bedroom and pinches my hairbrush and does her hair, then she dusts her face with a big powder brush and pinches a squirt of perfume :rotfl:
I've had to hide the proper perfume I've got and just leave out the cheap fake perfumes I got in Turkey. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Aw..she is gorgeous! And she looks so much older than she is...think it's all that lovely hair! I always think babies with hair look older than babies without.
And becles, Charlotte sounds just so funny! I love hearing your stories about her.0 -
Choc your right I looked at samantha and thought she was about 2 ish, certainly older than Jack, unti I checked the signature and saw she isn't 1 yet.
Izoom, she looks cute and gorg though. Molly seems destined to get to 1 and still be follickly challenged!
Just showed her pick to DH and he said somewhere betwenn 18months to 2yrs, was v. surprised when I said 10 months!0 -

Yip Samantha was 10 months old when that pic was taken.
She was born with a mop of hair and always looks older than she is. Her size doesn't help either - she was 22lbs3oz earlier this week (9lb6oz at birth).
In real baby fashion though, she has started to cut her first tooth. I though her gum looked different yesterday but only got a chance to have a good look today (she was not pleased ... bless her) and it is definitley there:cool: . She has been completely normal, so no fuel to the teethcutting saga that some babies face.

How cheeky is that little face?! V cute.
More colds over here I'm afraid. Took Imogen to Nana's as I was at a conference on Friday and needed her to help with the childcare. On Thursday night she woke up at 9pm all croaky and barking like a dog whenever she tried to speak. Most unusually when I got her up she just laid on me. Dosed her up with Calpol and put her down, but she woke up again at 1.30am and nothing but being in bed with me would do (we share a room at my mum's). Well, think I got about 3 lots of 45 mins sleep all night after that what with being punched, screamed at and kicked in the face by my sleeping daughter:mad:
Was v worried about her being ill the next day and mum was all set to go and see the chemist but she was fine, grrr.
Same performance last night, but at least she was happy to be cuddled so I wasn't worrying about her falling out of the bed. However, I've decided to come home a day early to get her back in her own bed and routine as I'm away for 2 nights next week and I don't want OH to have to manage with her playing up like that.
I think it's a combination of her struggling to breathe and feeling a bit claustrophobic in the cot as she sleeps in a bed at home. OH's at work tomorrow which was why I was going to stay another night.
Nevermind. At least we can do some more 'trying' tonight.MSE Parent Club Member #1Yummy slummy mummy club member50% slummy, 50% mummy, 100% proudImogen born Boxing Day 2006Alex born 13 July 20090 -
croaky saturady here too LU T - just got my LO to bed and we are all suffering today.
On a good note we did the first shoes today, LO started cruising two months ago in the height of summer and I've been thinking we need a pair for when we go out in the push chair as he keeps taking his socks off which isn't so great now winter has decended upon us. (sunny today though) We got this pair of crawling shoes from clarks as I prefer softer shoes until he is outdoor walking.
