Thanks everyone. Don't want to get too excited til I get to 12 weeks, but am delighted we may have a LO end of June/ealy July (which was what Imogen was meant to be - just got a bit carried away!).

SIL's drugs are working, but not as well as they hoped so more tests and another app't next week. She's already had tow m/cs.

And another friend txtd today to let me know her early scan revealed nothing, although a pregnancy test still came up +ve. She's had some bloods done to get to the bottom, but looks like she has m/cd too.

Not feeling that great about the whole thing right now :-( esp. as SIL has been trying for more than a year.

That's lovely news Lu T. I'm really pleased for you :j

Did the little ones enjoy Halloween. Charlotte had a witches hat, and enjoyed answering the door and handing out the sweeties.

She ate quite a few too and ended up a bit hyper  :D
Here I go again on my own....

lu t i understand how hard it is to feel happy when everyone around you is so low with last pregnancy i was worried to tell everyone and scared to be happy as out of 6 pregnancies in my family i have the only surving baby. i am now pregnant again and found it hard to tell them and never told anyone until 19 weeks. you just have to understand they wont think any worse and will probably be happy for you!

well its all been hectic here with halloween but kids are all in bed and im soon to follow. Charlie is teething at the moment(his front top 2 teeth?) and i have had enough lol, he sleeps fine but during the day all he seems to do is scream and i feel like doing the same! he has come on so fast recently with his comando style crawling and climbing so he can stand up most of the time i cant watch incase he falls but he wont stay down? he has started waving bye-bye, night night, says hiya, tata, ta and dad in the deepest voice lol but never mum:(

hope all your little monsters are behaving and giving you an easy time!

Congrats LuT that is gr8 news.

I'm just catching up now as MSE wouldn't let me into the site properly so have felt lost not catching up with everyones stories on a daily basis.

I've just got over tonsilitis, LO had a sickness bug and now OH has a skin infection!!!

El has decided at 10 months she no longer wants/needs any milk feeds, she was down to morning and night. Then stopped taking in the morning. But then she started kicking up such a fuss when I was trying to feed her at bedtimes so I offered her a bottle and she took a hairy canary!!! So mummy is drying up and my boobies feel all saggy :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Apart from that all is well!!

Oh cazscoob I never knew, maybe you have already said on here and I just missed it but congrats to you to.

    Hope your all well.

It's a linguistic thing: it's easier to make the t, d, n sounds than the p, b, m sounds. So they ALL go DaDa before they go MaMa.

and hopefully they'll learn to say MaMa before you all go GaGa! :rotfl:

congrats Lu T! thats great news.

me and OH have been thinking on and off about ttc again, but I was made redundant in september (still on maternity leave) and OH got made redundant yesterday - so thats put that idea on hold! We hoping there are still some jobs out there for him and have applied for a few already. fingers crossed.
