Bruno Hope wee Elijah is doing a bit better and get well soon to him.

Lu T Poor Imogen hope she is ok it is scary when they hurt themselves esp their little heads.

Mel Let me know how the buggy goes when you get it, I had the chicco liteway and hated it!!!! But it's each to their own.

I've not been on here properly for over a week as El has been poorly since a week past Friday, ended up at emergency docs sat nite as the diahorrea (sp) got sooooo bad and NHS24 were concerned as it had been going for 8 days!!! She is still at it poor wee mite but seems fine in herself. She also bust her lip and pulled her gum away from her teeth last week but thankfully that has healed.

I'll go with the weather theory:)

MFD - I would just bin the nappy, but that's me...I never can be bothered to make a fuss. DH would probably drive down to their head office, demand to know what the substance is, how it came to be in the nappy and demand a replacement and a refund:rotfl: What would you normally do??

Hmmm - I wonder if it is the turn in the weather that is making all these babies grumpy? There certainly seems to be something in the air...

One of my huggies nappies has some hard, glue-like bits inside. Is it worth the effort of sending it back with a complaint or should I just bin it?
is it behind the inside layer? sometimes the crystal things are in hard lumps I find - if not you'll prob get some vouchers worth more than the cost of a letter n stamp ;)

I say send it back with a nice complaint letter ( if you get such a thing lol) THey might just be kind enough to send you money off vouchers for your troubles.

I wasn't keen on the liteway, so hopefully this is slightly different. I quite liked the look of the multiway, but as it wasn't rear facing ruled it out!

Poor Ellie, I hope she recovers fully soon....it sounds like she has had a terrible time of it.

It is actually on the inside of the nappy...I wouldn't want it rubbing against my bum :p it's a bit like dried out globs of glue

When I phoned the GP in the middle of the night with DS1's first raging temperature, he suggested sponging him down in tepid water if Disprol hadn't done the trick. This is before the days you could give them an ibuprofen based painkiller ...

Aaah well I best go off to bed, we had a busy day today - hanging the new tv, grumpy baby and ds1 had a friend round after school. Tomorrow I have the dining room to empty in preparation for the new sofa coming, as well as hanging the 'spare' tv on that wall and also docs to go to.....somewhere in there I need to mow the lawns!!
