Really? I would have guessed you had yours done fairly often - it always looks good. I can't remember when I last had mine cut but I know I've only cut it once since Tom was born. Getting desperate for it done now but too embarrassed for my hairdresser to see what state it's in!

Your joking right!? I had a fringe cut in last time buts thats down past my chin now and even though I got my hair styled for the wedding I didnt get it cut as I didnt want a straight fringe with the rest curly

I seem to remember the last time you went you took DD as you brought her around but that was way back when I used to put the duvet on the floor for the sitting babies, so quite a while ago.

While we are talking of hair  I have the start of a few grey ones  anybody else gonna admit to them.......

Im getting my hair cut today, it was last June when I last visited so I think it needs doing!

I struggle getting showered during the day unless somebody is here, our shower is in the en-suite which is quite small to squish either the activity station or walker into unless I leave the door open but then the neighbours can see me so it just depends how much I need a shower to whether I flash my bits or not :D

i haven't had my hair cut since early on in my pregnancy...so too long ago oops :o

I shower or bath on an evening in the week as my hubby is here to watch elliot if he's awake. Our bathroom is too small to fit baby things in!

i'm glad the nappies talk came up, i was going to ask you all about own brands today! we've been using huggies and found them to be fine, wees only leak if OH changes him cos unless i remind him he forgets to point his bits down and poops only leak if they're a bit huge and even then they dont seem to get on his clothes much, just on the edges of the legs a bit, but if i can spend less on tesco ones then i will! wipes wise, i use huggies for poops cos i feel a thicker wipe is essential for poop and own brand cheapies for wees.

You will probably find a balance of opinions between all the different nappies, but its definatley worth trying Tesco's (or any own brand) as if they work for you they will save you loads of money

Yeah, DD is nagging that her hair needs a trim too. Actually, that reminds me; she had her hair trimmed to be a bridesmaid so it must have been June

Sorry, no grey here but OH has more than enough for the both of us. He started going grey at 15 and all his uncles were completely white by their fifties.

That's me! I like to be showered and dressed as it feels weird wandering round in pjs but I don't really ever do make-up (I'm always allergic and spend the next week with a flaky face), my hair needs a cut so I just tie it up and the clothes I wear in the house don't ever see outside! We used to laugh at my Grandma years ago as she used to wear the shabbiest dresses inside the house with rips under the arms and the hems hanging down and whenever she went out she would change into blouse, skirt and cardigan. I think my shabby jogging bottoms are the modern day version of her ripped dresses!

LOL - that sounds like me! I'm off work today and in Primarks finest jogging bottoms and t-shirt, but if I need to go out, I'll get changed and put something tidier on.

I'm blonde and have got some pure white hairs rather than grey, but they are not that obvious unless you are close up and looking for them!

I'm guilty of not having haircuts. It's starting to look really tatty on the ends now and it's too long to be manageable (bum length) so I'm thinking about getting it cut shorter - probably to the middle of my back about bra band length!

Charlotte has got lovely hair. She's blonde and she's got fabulous natural highlights - the sort people pay a fortune for. Lucky girl :D
Here I go again on my own....

on the hair front - I have high lights but decided to not dye my hair when I was pregnant with Chris because money was a bit tight and its nearly £70 if I have a cut and my colour _pale_
by the time I got my hair cut after I'd had him my hair was completely back to my natural colour :o
In an attempt to look like I make an effort this time I'm getting my hair done a week or 2 before I'm due ;) only problem is my MIL has just got a new job, still in the police but its standard office hours not shifts so she won't be available to watch the kids while I have my hair done in the week, I hate going on a Saturday so will have to always book for a school holiday when my mum is off :(

I'm blessed with good genes on the grey front too :T Mum only started getting greys at about 50 and dad was 45ish so I've got a while

Have just started to find the very odd grey hair in the last few months, but I don't think that's too bad for 38 :p;)

Do you pull them out?? I have been, but aren't you supposed to get 2 back for every one you pull...

My dad only went grey in his sixties and my mum in her fifties, so think it must be in the genes. DH has tons hahahaaaaa :D

Supposedly that's a fallacy. There's only one hair follicle there still so it can still only grow one hair. What can happen though is the trauma of pulling out the hair can cause the hair to spilt and it can look as if two hairs have grown.

:eek:how on earth do you cope? I used to have bum length hair when I was at primary school and then until I was about 20 it was bra strap length and it was soo heavy! I have it bob now coz I was getting terrible neck pain and was using a ton of shampoo a week :p
I used to dye it purple too (I was a goth in my teens LOL) it took 3 packs of dye! not at alll MSE:D
