MSE Parent Club - Part 2

I had a homebirth last year. Samantha was born less than a metre from where I am presently sat (between the computer table and the dinning table). My living area is open plan, so the birth pool was in the lounge area, but we never got to use it.
My bathroom is upstairs, and MWs used that or the kitchen sink to wash their hands.
Having a HM was the best birth experience I had (and I didn't have any complaints about my first two hospital births either).
If you want to ask anything more, just shout ...0 -

Can anyone gloss?! That's the real sticking point. They seem to have capacity to fit, just have to get that glossing done, on new skirting boards as well!
you could always paint them afterwards if you need to0 -

I've been busy with work. I'd like to take some time off over Christmas and as I'm self employed, I'll not get paid if I do, so I've been doing extra hours to make the time up now! I've also got a uni assignment due this weekend.
Yesterday, I was sitting on one end of the sofa and had told Charlotte off twice for dancing on the sofa arm at the other end, when she got up and did it again.
Before I could say anything, she slipped off backwards. She didn't cry, so I didn't rush to her. Then one hand appeared on the sofa arm, followed by the other, and then her head popped up and she looked at me and said "uh-oh" :rotfl:Here I go again on my own....0 -

Becles, that is funny, made me giggle!!
Jack says uh-oh to a lot of things, when he first did it, it was very amusing. A while back now he saw a badly beaten up car being towed away, pointed to it and said uh-oh. It must be fun in their little world's.0 -
i'm proud of myself - just registered to start a class with oz in january, its a sound and movement class and they limit it to 8 babies. Its £4 a go but i think its worth it cos it looks really good and i've heard excellant things about it.DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY
