Daily Mirror / Play £5 free vouchers

I was going to ring them too, but I've just read the terms and conditions again and it does say that people will be informed within 7 working days. It's only been 5 working days since last Wednesday, so I'm going to give them until Friday.
I still think they are rude for not even bothering to read the email though! :mad:0 -
Nothing for me either - and yet my colleagues that I altered to the opportunity have had them...
I reckon it is typical of play.com
Best way to show our displeasure is to not use them.0 -
I know they've read my e-mail, after they deleted my first two messages without even reading them, I put 'Help needed regarding order' as my subject line. Well, I need my voucher before I order, so technically I do need help. They probably read it and then deleted it though0

Have just mailed them again using the info@play.com address, rather than the dailymirror@play.com address.
Wrote the following:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a bit upset that I have now sent 2 emails with regards to the Daily Mirror £5 voucher offer, only to have both of them deleted without being read! I sent them to the address supplied (dailymirror@play.com) with a return receipt, so I know what has happened to them.
All I wanted to know was whether my husband and I had actually qualified for the vouchers, as people I know who applied after us have received their vouchers, but we have heard nothing at all and it did say it was a first-come-first-served offer. I read the terms and conditions, so I know that it said one entry per person, not one per household, so I don't see why we didn't get any as we both have separate accounts with you.
If you could please shed some light on this, I would be most grateful. However, I find it very rude to have an email deleted without reading it first and I sincerely hope this mail doesn't suffer the same fate!!
I like to think that my husband and I have been good customers in the past (and hopefully in the future too), we have even recommended you to friends on numerous occasions, so to be ignored would be a bit of a kick in the teeth and I would be quite tempted to take my business elsewhere in the future if this happens again.
I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future.
Best regards,
We'll see if I get any joy from this one!!0 -
I've been using both email addresses...so I wouldn't count your chickens yet.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I have just phoned them regarding this and they have taken my details and passed it to the correct department. They told me that they are dealing with the e-mails but there are a lot and it will take some time. I don't think I'll hold my breath!!0

I really don't mind having my email in a queue and having to wait for a response, but to have it deleted before being read is not on and is just downright rude in my opinion.
However, my last mail (sent to the info address rather than the dailymirror one) HAS been read, so we'll see if I get any joy.0 -

My email to info@play.com has been deleted without being read.
What a joke.
Very irritating to hear that people who ignored the T&Cs have succeeded in getting multiple vouchers. Like this person who apparently got hold of 1200 £5 vouchers.
