play also say on the confirmation email that you will be notified weather you win or not if you havnt been notified your not a winner mabey theres still a chance..

I applied for 6 vouchers and have got 4 of them through so far, 2 yesterday and 2 today so hope i will get my other 2 tomorrow. Used all my family's accounts. Great savings....

I sent the following message to Play yesterday:

Subject: Why have I not got a voucher?

I got up early and entered my codes at 6:50am. Other people I know have theirs and they entered midday. Rules say first-come-first-served and I've got a confirmation (6:49am).

And I got the following standard response this morning:

Thank you for your recent communication.

We are very sorry to learn that you have not yet received your free voucher. Please accept our apologies over this matter.

The vouchers will be issued from Monday 21st November until Friday 25th November. The first 75000 entrants will receive £5 vouchers, with the remaining entrants receiving £1 vouchers.

We hope that this information is helpful, and we hope that you receive your voucher shortly.

got a reply back today about missing voucher, telling them that i had applied for the voucher at 7am 16th Nov blah blah blah.....and that they had sent back a confirmation email of entering the comp. etc etc.

Couple of hours later got a reply back....

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your Play.com voucher.

We have checked our records and can confirm that you have won a £5 voucher.

The voucher code is **********

Don’t forget to use it before 30th November 2005

thats the same as me with the star promotion .. im with ntl there spam settings kick out plays emails that have the voucher codes
