i entered at 6.40am on 16th - surely i too shouldve had a voucher? have emailed but no reply - entered hubby after mine and he has got a £5 voucher.....

OH has sent them an email...but he's had no reply either. WOnder what is going on?

I'm not a happy bunny either! :mad:

Both my husband and I have accounts with Play, and we both applied for the vouchers. After we had applied and received our confirmation emails, I told a couple of friends about it.

They have both received their vouchers and my husband and I have received absolutely nothing :mad:

Have emailed them to find out what they're playing at, although I'm not holding my breath for a reply!!!!!!!

Will let you know the outcome.

I can't bloody believe it!!! They are so rude!!

I just mailed them to ask what had happened to my voucher and I put on a return receipt to make sure they got it.

I just got a message back saying it was deleted without being read!!!!!!!

I'm bloody fuming now!!!!!!

Just sent it to them again, with 'Please read before deleting!!' in the subject line! :mad:

That's terrible. They'd better not have done that with my OH's emails.
