when this happened to me with the star promotion i emailed them and found that i had indeed been given a code that hadnt got to my email because the way ntl set up there emails... no harm in emailing them asking if you have a code waiting for you that just hasnt got to you yet...

I applied for 2 (for me an my boyfriend) at about 7am on Wednesday and we got both vouchers!!!

Just need to find something to buy...

Guess it does say "we will notify applicants within 7 days".

Therefore i guess there is still hope for me, and all the rest of us that havent recieved anything yet......

I suggest if you havent heard anything by wednesday, then email them !!!

To be honest I do fell a little off with all the people who put in for loads of the vouchers this is the second time I’ve tried to get the £5.00 voucher and ended up with nothing because some people are being greedy.

Oooh, I've got mine! In the email it says:-

"N.B. The process of allocating the vouchers was based on the following
criteria:

- All entries into the promotion were filtered out to make certain
there was
one entry per person.
- The vouchers were allocated according to the time
you entered into the promotion."

Then gave the details to a friend at work later that morning and he's had a voucher.
