well on wednesday i emailed them to ask why people who applied after me had got theirs while i hadnt. today i got a reply which is the one that other people have got. you know, sorry you didnt get your voucher and after checking our records etc.
so i am glad, i have used my voucher to buy a bjork cd for only £2.99.
i do wonder if i would have got my voucher if hadnt emailed them though.
they have always been great in the past. pretty cheap and when i pre-order new releases i always get them on the saturday before the monday release date.0 -

I got one after emailing them - but it took three emails!!!!!!!! They seem to be ignoring random emails, so be persistent and email them.
I basically forwarded my original notification email from Wednesday at 7ish and asked why others has got theirs, even though they applied after me..........

Emailed them twice, threatening to close my account and go elsewhere.
And surprise, surprise, after checking their records I should have received a voucher after all!!
