    My partner has sent an email and i have sent 2. One of them in large red capitals, i have had no reply. I phoned CS and they phoned back and told me to email the same address that i have been emailing for the past day :mad:

    Meant to say, I e-mailed them yesterday. I replied to the confirmation e-mail they sent me on 16th Nov, all I said was

    I haven't received my voucher yet, is there a problem?
