(not digging at you. it just amused me)
I posted in reply to MrsE, who directly addressed me in her previous post and asked me a question even though I'd already said I wasn't posting again. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

So because I thanked a poster in a non-rude post, IF they make a rude post & I don't thank them (as I didn't) I'm still associated with it???
!!!!!! are you on:rolleyes:
Oh, I see...not only are you completely oblivious to the situations of others and how your insensitivity to their situations affects them, you also want the last word.
Here you go. You can have it as a gift from me to you. This is my final post to this thread. So, even if you post yet another direct question to me, I won't reply. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Just enjoying dinner. It's pork chops from Aldi's chiller, and they're delicious. They're even lovelier than normal, since they were reduced to £2. :j0

What a load of rubbish that comments are upsetting people who 'have' to shop at Aldi/Lidl because they are strapped for cash.
We've probably all been 'skint' at some point and had to tighten the purse strings, I know I have and I don't remember being upset at other people not having to, saying as such is giving the impression that Aldi/Lidl are 'cheap, poor quality' shops that desperate people have to use, which isn't the case.
As MrsE says, she has worked hard to get where she is now and have a comfortable lifestyle, should she have to hide it because others are less fortunate?? As she says, she doesn't smoke, drink, gamble, go out much and chooses to spend her hard earned cash on a better standard of living. If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in0 -

We don't have anymore than average Zoe, we are just boring gits who don't have any vices or a social life:rotfl:
The twisting of my carrier bags comment shows how desperate they were to twist words & cause an argument & just general mud sling.
TBH I'm pretty sure if you make use of M&S & Waitrose offers they are no more than the big 4 in cost anyway;)
I do remember shopping in Kwik Save about 15 years ago though, it wasn't great:(0 -

I'm thinking about buying the TV - is it any good. Someone said the freeview channels don't get good reception.
I also buy biscuits and their low fat tea loaf which is delicious.0 -

So good it may well appear twice.
Oh dear, haven't been online for a while so hadn't noticed - flipping laptop is really playing me up and has been hanging something shocking! Will have to get a new one - I've had very good reports of the computers they sell in Aldi........0 -
And I've now caught up with the posts I missed. Good heavens! I'm off to find calmer waters in other threads - you know the ones where people are nice to each other and help each other save money!0

Doesn't mean a thing, double-post or not. All I wanted to say that I was honestly impressed with your post.
Apart from that I'd say we've all calmed down by now. Back to concentrating on our bargains and savings, whether at Aldi and Lidl or at Waitrose and M&S. Hey, I've been seen at M&S (spending vouchers.) The chocolates I took home were very good indeed.0
