Emily, I love reading your posts, you have had such a hard time these past couple of years but yet you remained determined and positive, all I can say is keep these up! You will get through this and come out the other side an even better person than you are now. XWhat goes around - comes around

Hope you are feeling better this morning. You need to sit down with him and be as calm as you can, just ask him to be totally honest with you. That is the least you deserve. And trust your instincts about whether he's lying or not, we women always know the truth, in our hearts. These things are horrible to go through, but they make us so much stronger xxxxxxDFW Nerd 1050 (09/08 overdraft £1200)

Hi,
Fairly new on the boards but just wanted to say that I know how you're feeling, it's a nasty thing to happen.
I guess what you do will ultimately depend on whether you want to continue with your BF or not...you may not be ready to make that decision yet so take your time. If it were me & i wanted to carry on, I would ask to meet this person or at least know some more about her & how this 'thing' started.
Put yourself in his position - if you had an admirer of this sort, would you have told him about it?
However (& this is my own personal view) it sounds like the trust has gone from the relationship so it will be hard to recover that ground.

Oh Emily, I know exactly what you're feeling right now and I wouldn't wish it on anyone at all
Trust your instincts, whatever he tells you and whatever you want to believe, your instincts will generally guide you as to what to believe
