I have finally ordered all the bits to make my invites so should be able to get started mid week.

I really need to start making appointments to go and try on some dresses but I can't get myself motivated to go. I aim to have my dress sorted and the bridesmaids dresses sorted by the end of June - So if I haven't done it a gentle kick up the bum would be appreciated!!

Have also been having a cheeky look at honeymoons not sure we can afford it yet though

What other bits and bobs have you all got planned to do before the end of June?

I want to get my Save the Date cards out before the end of the month. That's about it though! x

Went to try my dress on last Sunday (bought my shoes too) and have my first dress fitting on Thursday. Was so relieved to find that I still love my dress. Had forgotten what I looked like in it.

Bought the red wine for the reception, which came in under budget :money:Still need to get the white wine and the champagne though.

Jobs for June are:

• Book cabs back to hotel
• Make bunting
• Write vows
• Pay balance of hire for ceremony venue
• Tablecloth and glass hire for post-ceremony drinks

So not too much (considerably shorter than the lists for July and August anyway!)

Hi. I am getting married in October 2010 (can i be added to the list please). I have already booked the reception and the caterer and as we have decided that we want a late in the afternoon service we are just having a main buffet. the 'evening guests' will arrive at the same time as the few that will be at the registry office with us so we don't need to spend loads on food!!!!

I have decided on the dress i want and yes, i am getting it off ebay but it is almost exactly the same as a maggie sotoro one i have tried on so i know the shape is good!!! i have bouight my shoes from next (little silver pumps!!) and have made my bouquet out of artificial flowers and feathers. i'm well excited!!!!
