BTW that's the basic ones, not the strawberry and cinnamon toasted oats. I agree they wouldn't go into cheesy bread! :rotfl:Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

The best grease remover is soda crystals. You could soak it in a solution, or get the liquid soda crystals and spray it on and leave for a few minutes.0 -

I add a small drop of washing up liquid directly onto the stain then wash in the usual way and that normally does the trick.

Hi all
quick question -
i defrosted some cubed beef over night (well, seeing as it's now 3am it's probably counted as the night before last lol - was wednesday overnight and defrosted by thurs morning). i cooked it until cooked through on the hob as i didn't want it hanging around raw, and after it had cooled, put it in the fridge. meant to cook it today (friday), slowly, in a curry in the oven for a few hours but didn't get around to it!
my question is - if i cook it slow and long in a curry today (saturday) will it be ok to eat for dinner, with maybe some leftovers for sunday? basically -
defrosted by thurs morning. cooked thursday afternoon. straight back in the fridge til saturday morning. cooked thoroughly on saturday, and eat most on saturday night. and then leftovers on sunday.
i'm usually quite level headed and decisive when it comes to how long i keep things, but i just can't quite make up my mind on this one! i think if it was chicken or pork i might not be so determined that it would be ok, but i'm quite lenient when it comes to beef, and tend to think 'oh that'll be alright'.. LOL
thanksxx

It should be fine.
