    Success! the gravy was delicious, no lumps of anchovy (OH didn't realise they were in there)
    Served with onion and poato gratin (with brie) and carrot, turnip and cabbage. very very yum! :D

    Quick question - how long do you think Nigella's red pepper hummus would keep in the fridge?


    From Nigella Express - jar of red peppers, Can of chickpeas, Soft cheese, garlic oil and lemon juice (should be lime but I didn't have any)

    I made it on Saturday and want to use it for work lunches this week.
