Quick question - how long do you think Nigella's red pepper hummus would keep in the fridge?
From Nigella Express - jar of red peppers, Can of chickpeas, Soft cheese, garlic oil and lemon juice (should be lime but I didn't have any)
I made it on Saturday and want to use it for work lunches this week.
