I've seen, on a few occasions. that you can successfully freeze stuffed jacket potatoes, but can you freeze them unstuffed  and, when re-heated, do they come out all soft skinned? (even if they went in crispy)
Can they be cooked from frozen or have to be defrosted first
Thanks
I've frozen leftover jacket potatoes a few times. I put them in my DH lunches with leftover lasanges etc. which he microwaves up at work. They are defrosted by the time he reheats it, so i'm not sure if you can cook from frozen or not.
The potato then tastes like a microwaved potato so it does lose it's crunchy skin.
Hope this helps0 -
I am not really sure what you mean, but has Lakeland got anything suitable?Sian_the_Green wrote: »Hey, wasn't sure where to ask this.
I want to buy a friend a cake stand/ cupcake stand for her birthday. My budget is about £10-£15 and I would ideally like a '2 storey' one with space in the middle for the cakes rather than the ones with a central pillar type design. They have lovely ones in paperchase but they are out of my budget. Any ideas?
ThanksSignature removed for peace of mind0 -

Stardrops - A few quick tips on how to dilute and what to use the diluted mix for, please? I just got some, but you all seem to know more than it says on the bottle
Dont want to waste any by mistake

I pour about an inch into the bottom of an old spray bottle & top it up with hot water to make a general purpose cleaning spray. I have also added a splash of vinegar to the mix to help with grease which works a treat in the kitchen but the kids moan about the smell :rotfl:beautiful_ravens wrote: »Stardrops - A few quick tips on how to dilute and what to use the diluted mix for, please? For cleaning the bathroom I fill the sink up with water & use a capful. Same to mop the floors too except in the mop bucket. HTH
