Dunno about the honey - my thoughts are you might just end up with a sticky mess? Maybe take a small quantity and try it first (rather than possibly messing up the whole thing?)
Hard to know what to suggest to do with it, as I can't imagine the taste!
Yeah, would be ok cooked and frozen I am sure. You could always part cook them , and complete cooking once out of the freezer? (Like part cooked roasties etc)
Let us know how you get on, and for goodness sake, don't ever do it again! he he heA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

I didn't bother with honey and just shoved them in the oven (and stupidly didn't grease the tray) so now I can't turn them (just tried one and it broke up AGAIN so I squashed it in anger). I have now given up on them and will leave them in there for a bit to do what they like. I may then get violent with a spatula and smash them to pieces. They'll still taste nice though
I think i'll go and leave my comments on the recipe now...haha!Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

Sounds like my first (and last!) experience of cooking meringues! :rotfl: We were eating them off the paper with a teaspoon.Signature removed for peace of mind0

freakyogre my only suggestion would be to make up some mashed potato and add that into the mix or use it to make balls with the mix in the middle. As long as it tastes good why worry about it being in burgers eh?God is good, all the time

If it wasn't for the cumin, I'd suggest giving it to the birds! At least it wouldn't be wasted then.;)0

They did come off the tray in the end (and in one piece!) so I have frozen them and will just reheat when I want them. Not for a while...i'm sick of the sight of them
(they do taste lovely though if anyone does decide to make them!)

Hi folks!
New to breadmaking but inspired from this thread I've invested in a Panasonic 255. Absolutely yummy bread over the last week from bread mixes and recently strong white flour.
So I thought I'd give wholemeal a try and stocked up on the Hovis flour offer at Tesco AND some Asian shop flour.
Stuck to the recipe diligently and the results were horrible bricks! inedible -- even the birds refuse to try them!!!:o
Please help me!0 -
HI there, wholemeal flour doesnt rise quite as well . Often a half white half brown will be more successful. Do you put any vitamin c in? Ill look you a thread up on wholemeal bread
Post your recipe up so we can see what it had in it.
